Kagura: The 2nd and 5th Gate's Vice Captains are absent. So you can begin the meeting.

William: Of course. As we all know the Higher-ups have distributed the recently discovered Dungeons and mission quotas for this month. Each Gate has been assigned theirs and now the reshuffle will take place. There shouldn't be any failed missions so do not be greedy. All information have been provided in the Report before you.

Leone: (We've been given a 4th and 6th Grade Mission while the rest are just 9th Grade and lower. There's no way the 10th Gate can do this ourselves.)

Neptune: The difficulty of the 4th and 6th Grade quests for the 10th Gate can't be handled by them and since the 1st, 2nd and 3rd tend not to interfere in the reshuffling process, I suggest the 10th Gate forfeit that mission to us.

Karma: I'm going to pretend I didn't hear anything since the meeting started. So first of all, all Missions assigned to the 10th Gate will be handled by the 10th Gate unless otherwise stated by them.

Thoran: The hell are you talking about?

Karma: Next, as for the 8th Gate's problem, we can come to an agreement on that and form an Alliance. We have numerous 9th Grade Missions or lower including Dungeon raids, Quests and protection missions. But this will only be possible if you handle the 6th Grade Dungeon we received on our end.

Erza: (I'm not sure if he's confident or just doesn't give a care about the consequences of what he's saying).

(Thoran gets up and approaches Karma.)

(Karma slashes at his throat and surprises everyone but Thoran isn't hurt because Kagura pulls him out of reach of the attack.)

Karma: Your reaction time's even faster than mine. (I'm pretty sure when my hand reached his throat she was still seated. How fast is she?)

Signa: Were you trying to kill him?

Karma: Naturally yes.

Neptune: Shouldn't you do something about this Kagura?

Karma: No matter how you look at it, I'm not to blame here. I'm just an ordinary Saiya who a Vice Captain declared to use violence against. Don't you think I should be the one who should be filing a complaint?

Kagura: It always ends like this. Where's Anos when you need him?

(Thoran attacks William but he's immediately binded and laid on the ground with Kagura sitting on him.)

Kagura: Thoran, you're now to be placed in detention for violation of proper conduct and multiple attempted assault on a lower Ranked Saiya's life without any justifiable reason. You'll be judged back at 3rd Gate Headquarters after being handed over to the Disciplinary Actions Division. As you know, even Captains aren't above the laws of Etherion. Anyone else? (He's normally not like this, I guess the deaths of a few of his Gate's Saiya made him feel useless so he wants to do more.)

Karma: Since that's done, I'm leaving everything to you, Leone.

Leone: What?

Karma: All conditions should be left as I've proposed and not a single detail should be altered otherwise, I'll refrain from participating in any of those operations.

Kagura: (I thought he wasn't a 10th Gate Saiya.)

Leone: But we haven't gotten confirmation from the 8th Gate?

Karma: If they don't agree with the conditions then they can fuck off.

Erza: (This brat.)

Kagura: Hahaha.

Leone: And where are you going now?

Karma: Something's been bothering me since I got here. Time to take care of it.

(Karma jumps down from the Conference room to the center of the Hall.)

(He thrusts his hands through a Saiya's chest.)

(As she attempts to stop him, Goku suddenly shouts out.)

Goku: Wait, Vice Captain Kagura. My eyes.......

Kagura: For Goku's eyes to be reacting. Wait, hold off on it for now.

Erza: Kagura, what if...

Kagura: I'll take responsibility for everything.

Karma: You don't feel like talking right, then die.

(Karma slices off his head and multiple people in the crowd scream and begin panicking.)

Goku: (He killed someone with no emotion.)

Hydra: (He's a monster.)

Willith: (What the hell? I person just died?)

Random Saiya: He killed someone. He's gonna kill you get away from him.

Karma: (What the hell? Could it be they've never killed before? No, they only kill monsters so humans are a new territory. What a nuisance.)

Kagura: The hell did you do that for?

Karma: Shut up for a minute. Yami, you haven't been feeling comfortable since we came here right? What about now?

Yami: This feeling, it's Cursed Energy.

(Karma jumps to the location Yami points and instantly kills the person at each location. Everyone gets a bit relieved that Karma didn't kill a human but a Curse.)

Yami: Son Goku to your left.

Goku: (If it's Curses then it's doable.) Got it. This energy they're Grade 7.

Yami: Behind you, Hydra.

Hydra: Die.

(He blasts two curses behind casually but they jump out of the explosion and aim for him.)

Karma: If you're not going to be useful....

Goku: ...then sit this one out.

(They both destroy the Curses with one punch.)

Hydra: (What they beat Curses that I could beat in one shot this casually? Impossible).

Kagura: Shit. How didn't I notice sooner?

Neptune: What's the matter?

Kagura: We're trapped.

Tomioka: ....

William: I see.

Erza: This Space manipulation technique is Grade 2 at least.

Signa: What? That means the enemy has someone who's almost Captain Level?

Kagura: This situation just got really dangerous. We've been completely isolated from the outside world and trapped in a Forbidden Zone.

[Forbidden Zone: an entirely different dimension made from Cursed Energy and constantly releases curses within itself. There's always a King amongst the curses in the Forbidden Zone and killing the King closes the Forbidden Zone.]

William: A Forbidden Zone trapped Vice Captains of the Heavenly Gates. How disgraceful.

Neptune: That would explain why those Grade 7 curses were stronger than usual.

Kagura: We'll have to clear the Forbidden Zone to escape this place.

Tomioka: Aren't you all missing the main point?
