King Malvis's reward choosing process went really smoothly, he already had a goal and what he needed in mind. After putting all those in to filter out the rewards, there was only one left… So Malvis just took it, said his thanks and left with excitement. I saw a bit of madness in his eyes but that wasn't my problem.
His reward was 'Wise man's eye'. Its main function was allowing the user to choose the path they could take for their goal and look at their future actions and the consequences of those actions, but it could also look into the past to learn from those mistakes and find the cause of those incidents. It was the ability to look into fate itself with only one limitation; it could only look at the user’s fate not others.
"He should know who was the culprit and how to get his revenge now. But wise man and madman are opposite sides of the coin, I wonder which one will he end up with."
Unlike when the wolf left, this time the book of Malvis wasn't complete. The book appeared but there were a lot of pages left. Did this mean his fate isn't definite? There might be other factors that played a role in finishing this book. That actually wasn’t my problem…
"But why does it have to stop at the war declaration part?! Such a cliffhanger!"

“Recently, This place has become so lively. Didn’t you guys hate this space of mine so much you wouldn’t come even when I threaten you?”
White talked while looking around his black space to see many silhouettes of being called gods and deities surrounding him. Some of them might not show it but there was a tension within this space, like everyone came here to kill White or something.
“We need an explanation, White! Why did you bring that here?! Did you try to pay us back for forsaking you?!”
The angry voice rang from the group of people around him, but White just simply smiled and stood up to look at everyone clearly. Although they were all just silhouettes of different colors, they could tell who was who by just looking.
“Now now. Calm down, my friends. I told you before and I’ll tell you again, I do not hold any grudge against any of you. To be honest, I already forgot about those things until you brought them up just now.”
Looking at the crowd around him once more, White smiled as people had calmed down. He continued his speech.
“As for him, I believed he was a perfect candidate for our goal. You might see him as a dangerous being but I don’t think that is the case. He already signed a Contract agreeing to do the job I asked him to and I have to say, he has done really well so far.”
After White waved his hand the book ‘The Great Ark War’ appeared in front of everyone. This was the incomplete book produced by King Malvis. The latest visitor of the Room.
“The first unknown fate of the continent has started!”
White said with a big smile as others flipping through the book like crazy. Some with concern, some with excitement but no sound had been made in this space for a long time as everyone tried to discern if White was lying or not.

“So, this is mana~”
Before Malvis left, I asked him to throw one spell at me. He did make a strange face but did it anyway. The result? I could sense mana clearly now! But there was bad news, as I could sense mana I also realized the amount of mana in my body was scarce. It has less mana than the residual mana left inside this space after Wolf stayed here and Malvis’s Fireball exploded earlier. And this space should have no mana inside at all!
“Don’t be disheartened me! Like the book said, if there's no mana to collect, just practice controlling what you have to perfection!”
Let me try to sense the mana again to make sure that mana in this room didn’t have half-life or slowly faded away. I had to give it to this world, mana was such a fascinating substant. You can’t look at them with naked eyes but you could see them clearly by meditation and concentration. Mana floated in the air like a speck of diamond with different colors, after you collected them inside your body they formed into a tiny crystal bead. I assume colors of each speck of mana indicated the element that mana represented, but we only had thunder wolf and fireball in here, why were there so many colors? Oh! Room also used some spells I couldn't see to hit me before.
“Room, could you bring me that ‘Mana Control part 1’ for me, please?”
Did you think meditation on the chair was weird? I was doing it right now and it worked perfectly. Ah, the book appeared on my desk again. Thank you, Room. Now, where was I left off last time?
“Initial mana sensing? I got past that already, I think. What’s next?”
‘Since I have no idea how much mana the reader might have when practicing this, I would just explain what I did and hopefully you could follow along and adapt it to your own training.’
What you said made sense but didn't you think that was kinda irresponsible? Well, since I was already here, let me finish this book first.
'When I sensed mana, I could see them floating around in the air and when I absorbed them into a core, it looked like a ball of light floating inside my stomach. You might be tempted to absorb more of them inside, but I advised you to wait and start with trying to move the mana inside of you around your body, the smaller the portion you can keep tracking and moving around the better.'
Hmm, so his vision of mana was different from mine. Did he want me to circulate the mana through my body? But my mana core was a crystal bead, should I try to chip it and move it around my blood vessels?
I started meditation and looked at the mana core inside. When I thought about extracting some part of the mana out, the bead just crumbled into specks of crystal which I could move around a bit. But when my concentration faltered it returned back into its formal state.
"Playing with crystal dust is my new hobby! Thank you, whoever wrote this book!"
