Yesterday was long and full of emotional roller coaster ride for all three of us. Although, I was happy that Lex could come out of the dilemma of his past soon.

He rather looked worried about my thoughts, since he kept stealing glances at me, still avoiding any sort of eye contact... A stabbing pain coursed through my body every time my Babe looked like a mess yet again as if he had done something bad.... When it was all their fault and they will be paying for it soon enough.

For  me I already had a rough idea of what might have happened so Rin's info didn't shock me at all...

Yeah, JEFF has dug out a lot about Alex's past. He somehow ended up getting interested in the matter and is also planning to reach the depths of it anyhow really soon....

  Knowing this had me sighing out a breath of relief, since I didn't want to disappear at this time to excavate this heap of dirt, while Lex is in an unstable condition and needs me.

Although I'm happy that there's a possibility of me impregnating Lex and making a bigger family... The way all those abilities were forced on him, is what concerns me and keeps me from running around like a mad man full of joy!

Sigh!

I had been informed that there's a huge network of some sort, which included abductions, child trafficking, unknown substance use and unnatural amounts of deaths in child to teen age groups in the recent years. So when Rin had shared a similar rumour she had heard of, I knew that it was more than just coincidence....

Though I share most of our intel with Rin, I didn't wanted to disturb her newly married life. But the way the girl is nosy, I'm sure I'll be receiving a lengthy earful hearing from her side soon enough!

Now after gathering a bunch of info, the dots align so damn perfectly!

A German based hospital which seems to be the perfect place to run an experiment centre without legal actions.

"Dan.... You're squeezing me...." 

"Oh! I'm sorry Babe... I did it unintentionally! Did I wake you up?" I apologise to my Lover with a kiss on his forehead while he looks extremely adorable struggling to keep his eyes open.

"No... I thought I overslept again... I don't want to miss our Date" he says a blush coating his face spreading to his ears.

'For the sake of...aahhhh.... Can I just eat him instead??'why does he have to be this damn adorable!?!'

"We have a lot of time babe. I already informed Arthur to get Pup ready... Do you want to have a snack before we head out? Our date venue is a bit far from here" I tell him and he flushes into a shade of tomato!

He gets embarrassed so easily even when I tease him a little, however my lovely boyfriend still voices his opinion now and then. 

These days his appetite seems to have increased which is great news... Rin had explained to me in the best possible way how I have to be extra careful about him.... Since he might have been through extreme stress of both body and mind. Also he's skinnier than the average and the changes he's still going through needs continuous monitoring.

I'm glad that the colour of his face seems to be returning back and he looks healthier than when we met for the first time...

"A snack will be great! Thanks Dan!" Lex nods, his eyes fully open & alert at the mention of food.

'I'm going to gobble him up one fine day because of all of his cuteness!!' 

 "Anything for you Babe!" I wink at him earning another alluring expression from my Lover...

 I exit the room and inform Arthur what has to be done and return back to our room without wasting time.

These days I always want to follow Lex everywhere and keep on holding him more than ever... However I'm glad I can restrain my urges perfectly. I don't want to scare him anymore, especially after he has finally started to cozy up to me...

ALEX'S    P.O.V. 💜

      I hop out of the bed in a hurry and freshen up quickly. It's hard to contain the excitement and I just can't help but smile like an idiot to myself.

'FACT CHECK: You ARE an idiot snottyface and....!' I mute my inner Devil, not letting him ruin my mood.

'Let's wear something pretty!' My inner Angel voices and I could never agree more.

I do a happy walk towards my huge ass wardrobe which was almost untouched since Dan made me wear his clothes most of the time...

I try to find an outfit and realise that this might be the first time in years that I'll be able to pick out an actual outfit to wear....!

Well it doesn't mean I don't like wearing Dan's clothes. Oh! I absolutely love them... They are the most comfortable things and make me feel safe just like his own strong arms wrapped around me.

I shake my head physically to empty the steak of depressing thoughts that are threatening to break free and bring myself back to take in the colours.... 

I walk brushing my hand against the fabric that has been arranged beautifully and looks totally expensive! 

I hope they suit me... Dan always looks so stunning in any outfit. I doubt if I'll be able to justify these pretty clothes...?

While still in thoughts my eyes finally land on a particular denim jacket. It's faded blue in colour and is super cute!

'This one will be perfect!'  I rejoice.

I quickly grab a plain white t-shirt and a pair of ripped jeans  that sort of matches the jacket to complete the outfit and start hunting for some footwear.... 

Danggg! There are so many of them! I thought guys are supposed to have only two pairs white and Black...! I carry on my search and to my delight find a stunning pair of white converse which I grab hastily.

Yep I need to speed up, coz I want to change before Dan returns back... I kinda want to see his reaction...(blush blush!)

So I zoom into the restroom at the speed of light when I hear Dan's footsteps approaching.

I put on the stuff one by one and try to style my hair but give up instantly... I let them settle loosely and wrap a hair tie on my wrist like usual.

"Hey Love! Are you in there? Do I bring you anything from my wardr...." Dan is about to ask when I open the door swiftly to let him know that I'm already done.

"Holyfu** you look absolutely gorgeous Babe!!" An absolutely stunning man in front of me complements me with hearts in his eyes!

Well, the reaction is wayyy more exquisite than I expected! That too when he himself is dressed mouthwateringly handsome!

My man....

He is dressed in a white collared shirt and beige formal trousers with a pair of brown loafers that are the same shade as his belt.

 Did I miss the rolled up sleeves??? Absolutely gorgeous!

Oh wait! We match!

"Yes kitten! I stole a glance of the white t-shirt in your hand when you bolted in the restroom before. Do you like it?" Dan asks with a perfectly stupid grin across his face as if he could read my mind!

"Yes...." I murmur with a quick nod.

"Oh! What about Honeyb...."

"Already told Arthur to dress him in something similar to us, I don't want my Pup to turn into a fireball !" Dan says while massaging the back of his neck making his veins pop up even more.

It's one of his habits and he does it unconsciously whenever he's shy or nervous, although that makes him look like one of those magazine models posing for their shoot!

"It's petty of me to say this Babe.... But... Won't you give a lil extra attention to your Lover today since it's our first date??" Dan says with a pout closing the distance between us.

I scream internally, 'I have my entire attention to you and only youuu. U stupidly beautiful creature!' 

But I manage to put on a plastic face and go with my regular small smile nodding eagerly...

"Will do....yes" I try to indulge in his worries and he beams with a bright smile similar to his Pup.

I peck his lips  super fast and rush towards the door but Dan grabs me by my waist from behind in time and takes a deep whip of my scent.

"You smell sweeter than before Babe!" He hums...

"Dadda.... Lexie let's gooo!" My Honeybear calls for us from outside our door.

"I'm lucky that Pup can't open our door by himself... yet!" Dan sighs but still hurries to open up for his son.

My Honeybear is dressed in a super cute white t-shirt with buttons at top and bottle green shorts that make him look cuter than ever!!! 

Whoa! All of us do match!!

Dan scoops up his Pup who was hoping with excitement at the door and lands him on one of his shoulders earning a fit of laughter from my Chocopie, he then holds his other free hand out,

"Shall we?" He asks in the most dramatic way and yet I blush and oblige with a bow continuing the little skit of ours.

His lips stretch into a full fledged smile and we head to our destination...

The whole journey was full of giggles and chatter, however, I was denied any details of the place we are going to. Even my Honeybear knew where we were headed to and managed to comply with his Dadda!

"We are here!" My Chocopie squeals with happiness.

"Yes Pup we are... Now you promise to be a good boy and no running after the cats anywhere far. Okay?" Dan reprimands his Pup but, the said lil person is already off dashing to a certain someone at full speed.

 With an audible sigh, Dan holds my hand intertwining our fingers and leads me inside a beautiful restaurant that is almost covered by dense trees all around. 

The restaurant is absolutely mesmerizing!! 

A beautiful theme of nature, well mostly forest. The walls are made to look like they have been carved from wood with furniture that seems to be carefully picked from an antiques shop. Lose creepers hung from the canopy filling the roof with some artificial source of light which illuminates the crevices giving the visual of sunrays infiltrating through dense forest complemented by the dim lighting inside...

On the outside it has a small garden sort of thing which has exotic flowers growning among some common ones... A play area is situated right across it and is brightly decorated with colourful flowers and small animal sculptures, stuffed toys, swings, slides and what not. Transparent glass covers the area with a roof that's so high that it seems to be kissing the sky...!

"This place is so enchanting..." I murmur more to myself.

"Glad you like it! This is Pup's and mine most favourite place to frequent. Actually, it belongs to a very close friend of mine.... I wanted to introduce you guys since he is biting my ass over it..." Dan explains while massaging his forehead, with a fond smile contrary to his words.

"Oh well!  Are they supposed to be words of appreciation or what?" a man almost as tall as Dan walks out from somewhere inside the huge restaurant.

"Yeah sure Jeff and stop boring holes into my boyfriend already!" Dan stands infront of me covering me entirely. I give out a breath I didn't know I was holding and clutch Dan's shirt with my free hand.

This man although smiling seems to be scarier than Dan when we first met.

The man throws his hands in the air to fake surrender and reaches closer to us without any noise whatsoever...

"Hello there missus! Don't worry my loyalty lies with your hubby so you are under my wing of protection too." The friend says with a playful smile in his voice.

His words feel kinda sweet but do nothing to ease my tense body....

Dan turns around and gives me a tight hug, he then releases me and steps aside and his friend is again in my view...

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry...So.... You can call me Jeff and you're very welcome to this little paradise of mine, it's a pleasure to see you in person!" The friend holds his fist for me and his previous grim aura is replaced by that of a friendly one which is totally in sync with his smile.

"Alex" I give out my name too after I catch Dan's smiling face at our interaction... I fist bump with him and he winks while raising the corner of his mouth simultaneously...

"Welcome to the family Nuwang..." Jeff says while bowing like a prince.

'Nu whattt??? The fuck this other daddy is spouting?' my inner Devil almost has the same question but I squash him off for making unnecessary remarks... (⁠⌐⁠■⁠-⁠■⁠)/🔪

'"What did he call me???'"

I guess the confusion in my head ended up flowing out through my tongue, since both friends burst into laughter!

"He called you Queen Babe. You see Jeff is half Chinese so....." Dan explains while he laces one of his hand around my waist and pulls me closer.

 I blush and nod as per my usual way.

"Okay... Enough of these greetings. I guess Pup ran to the play area, Maria was already waiting for him there... And you! Can you bring the food out already we are starving here!" Dan makes a shooing sign towards Jeff while he just mimics fishing out THE finger and disappears inside.

A young waitress who was standing behind Jeff for a while now leads us further inside and opens a door for us. We follow her inside and she disappears behind the same doors.

"They'll be back with food soon Love" Dan says pulling me in and smashing our lips together... He tugs and pulls one my lower lip asking for entry to which I oblige and let him explore all the corners of my mouth sucking on my tongue and playing with it relentlessly. Watching me lose my breathing he finally breaks the kiss with a final tug on my lower lip... 

"I wanted to do that for quite a while now.." Dan winks with a contended smile and  leads me to our seats.

He helps me sit in mine comfortably and I take in the beauty of the place. The door we entered from seems to be made of glass but is curtained with creepers and flowers on the inside, blocking the view of the outside world making me feel like I'm in a fairyland! It's a special room decorated with more flowers, lanterns and  candles lit on every corner.... I must be dreaming right now!

"If you're done admiring the place Babe, can I have your eyes on me for a second??" Dan now holds my entire attention and I can see that he is unable to wipe off that pretty smile over his face.

"Mmmm... So Love, Jeff has some surprise dishes for us...but, if that doesn't suit to your liking we can always order something else. Before you start worrying, Jeff will be taking care of Pup too also he has something special setup for him too. Still if Pup misses us, which I doubt, Jeff will bring him to us right away. Now, you just sit back and relax..." Dan explains everything to me and it really does calm my nerves down...
