Prologue
And now he was nowhere.
Somehow, the presence of his previous existence was no more, and nothing about him existed.
No memories, thoughts, or feelings were left inside him as he flew through time and space that didn’t exist.
And at the end of it, all was light. Light so solid and warm it felt welcoming.
Was this death? No, this was life. Or was it something dearer to him that he didn’t know of yet?
“All of your questions will soon be answered, child.”
A voice called out to him, not echoing in that black void but instead echoing through his head. His new feelings had been flattened after getting reset, and he could no longer control his thoughts.
But no reaction came of him as he floated in that void. No reaction. Simply nothing.
He couldn’t feel anything but that voice, and it didn’t bother him.
He saw that his clothes had been stripped of his body. But who could see him here? The darkness around him was so solid. His contours were made of light.
He had his hands placed over his chest to cover it or perhaps because he couldn’t do much else.
The boredom of man slowly infiltrated the lonely land the voice had left. Until…
“In a world where nothing exists, you’ll be sent.”
“...”
“To be judged, under my eye.”
“-!”
An immense emotion exploded in him. It hurt. But what was hurting? No, what wasn’t hurting?
Pain swallowed his entire body, chewed on it, and never seemed to spit it out.
He tried screaming, but his voice couldn’t be heard. And as the horizon that never existed was dominated by light, he felt at ease again like a toddler that wanted more attention, he gripped the cloth of life to make it realize that he was there, that he had returned.
"Welcome to Unexisted."
