S.E.A (Space Established Alliance) (Realms of the Eleven Aspects: S.E.A's point of view)

Chapter 5: The Legendary Wanderer

Chapter 5: The Legendary Wanderer

Jul 27, 2023

That question drew the attention of others who did not know the answer. Nolan’s expression turned slightly doubtful.

“I also don’t know much except general knowledge about it. The Last Planet is said to be the outermost planet in the universe, near the starless region, which is said to be at the edge of the universe and holds some of its mysteries. Only the Legendary Wanderer has ever made it there.”

Arlen’s expression turned curious.

“That was an incredibly faraway journey and would not have been discovered if it weren’t because of the Legendary Wanderer, who discovered an ancient artifact that could make distant intergalactic journeys possible.”

Grimor’s expression turned curious, and then he nodded.

"No one ever knows the full story of the Legendary Wanderer. He suddenly stopped continuing his universe journey, having shared the secret of how to make that journey."

Nolan and Rothur were slightly surprised. Rothur looked sad, while Nolan smiled to hide his sadness.

Shortly after, they arrived in front of a three-level classic luxury building. The first floor had a row of wide rectangular glass that showed the situation inside the building, a luxurious restaurant with a lively atmosphere. Nolan halted his steps in front of this restaurant, slightly surprising the others, who also halted their steps. Nolan smiled.

"Okay, this is where we're going."

Nolan walked in through the wooden double doors with see-through framed glass panes. Inside the restaurant was a luxurious and lively atmosphere, with glossy floors decorated with thick carpets in many parts and a long right-angle-shaped bar where people drink together while chatting casually. There were several groups of luxuriously carved, glossy brown wooden tables with tablecloths and four chairs facing each other. The food served was luxurious, and they ate using cutlery of knives, forks, spoons, and stemware glasses filled with colorful drinks. The restaurant had an ornately carved two-story high ceiling with an open hallway surrounding it on the second floor, and some chandeliers that adorned the atmosphere inside this building.

In the center of this magnificent building was an open garden with a row of double door entrances with wide translucent wooden-framed glass panes and long, classic, glossy brown wooden-framed translucent glass walls, showing the view of a beautiful garden decorated with flowers, unique plants of various colors, a beautifully carved fountain in its center, and seats provided for visitors who sat and chatted while carrying their dishes or drinks.

Seeing the arrival of several unusual parties drew the attention of many visitors and surprised them. A humanoid man from the Wervas planet wearing a neat waiter uniform immediately approached Nolan.

“Welcome, Mr. Nolan. I have been waiting for your arrival. Let me take you to the place you ordered.”

The waiter said in a friendly tone and manner while inviting Nolan to follow him.

They walked toward the stairs and walked them up. They arrived at the third floor of the restaurant. Before them was a hallway with a beautifully carved ceiling and a carpeted floor connecting several rented rooms for private use. They walked into one of the rooms with tall double entrance doors made of beautifully carved gray wood. The waiter opened the door for them, and they arrived in a spacious room with a wide carved wooden table in the middle with a rotatable centerpiece, classic glossy brown wood, long sofa-like chairs on both sides of the room, and rows of tall open double doors with translucent framed glass that led to an outside balcony with two long couches, and a city view in the front of the restaurant. Except for Nolan, the others were looking around them enthusiastically. Nolan leaned his longsword against the wall. They then sat on the chairs at the dining table here. Nolan smiled.

“You guys can order anything, it’s on me.”

The others were all shocked. They opened a menu book displaying various luxurious dishes of various portion sizes and high prices. Grimor’s expression turned astonished.

“The prices of the foods on this menu are exorbitant, and if you order a large portion, the prices are incredible.”

Rothur read the menu book and was surprised. Arlen appeared more enthusiastic.

“Is it true that I can order anything, Mr. Nolan?”

Nolan smiled as he drank the drink the waitress had just poured for him.

“Of course, you all don’t have to be hesitant.”

The others looked at each other and gulped. The three of them quickly ordered whatever caught their eye.

Sometime later. The sky outside the restaurant had darkened, and the beautiful atmosphere of the city was illuminated with lights. Their wide dining table was filled with mountains of dishes, meat, and bread resembling dishes on earth, as well as drinks from various available bottles and large glasses. They enthusiastically and cheerfully ate the food before them while drinking the drinks in their large glasses, except for Nolan, who ate normally. Seen from the side, the cloaked man opened his mask and ate with enthusiasm and gusto from a perspective that didn't show his face. Arlen turned to Nolan as he continued eating.

"You're so rich, Nolan."

Nolan smiled.

"Thank you for your compliment; let's talk about the purpose of our meeting this time."

The others nodded as they continued eating. Nolan continued speaking.

"As you guys know, I invited you here to make an offer to form an alliance. You guys can join the alliance that I have built, or we can form a new one. What do you think?"

Without hesitation, the cloaked man answered.

"I agree. As for what form of cooperation, I'll leave it to Grimor."

The cloaked man resumed eating. Arlen nodded.

"I also agree; I entrust Grimor to determine how this alliance works."

Rothur propped his chin up for a moment in thought.

"Of course, I agree. I also agree with the captain's suggestion to entrust the form of this alliance to Grimor."

Rothur and Arlen looked at each other, smiling and giving a thumbs up. Grimor watched them with a deadpan expression, then turned to Nolan with a smile.

"I certainly agree, but I propose that we form a new alliance so that the alliances each of us that we have formed can continue to run separately if necessary and make it easier if there are new parties who already have alliances to join."

Nolan smiled and nodded.

"Good idea; I also agree with that."

The others stopped eating and looked at Nolan with a smile. Nolan raised his glass.

"Let's toast for this historic day."

The others also raised their glasses, and they toasted together. Rothur appeared to have remembered something, and his expression showed that he was slightly bothered by something.

"I have something to ask, Nolan."

Nolan turned to Rothur with a slightly surprised expression and then smiled.

"Of course, Rothur. I thought you weren't going to talk to me."

Rothur's expression turned slightly doubtful.

"Of all the potential alliances in the universe, why did you choose us?"

The others were slightly surprised, and they appeared to be curious about it. Nolan smiled.

"The Endless Space Pirate and the Black Cloak organization have a reputation that fills me with admiration. Even if you haven't reached your highest potential yet, I appraise what you have achieved now."

Grimor smiled.

"Thank you for trusting us, Nolan."

Nolan smiled and nodded. The cloaked man watched them curiously as he thought.

"I'm really lucky to have an alliance with Nolan; this will make my goals easier...."

Rothur’s expression showed that he slightly distrusted Nolan but hid it with a smile. Nolan continued speaking.

“Another reason, of course, is because you are in Endless Rothur.”

Rothur was slightly surprised. Nolan’s expression turned somewhat gloomy.

“I still think of you as my brother.”

Rothur was surprised, but he smiled as he closed his eyes momentarily, then opened them again.

“Does this also have something to do with The Legendary Wanderer?”

Nolan was surprised. His expression then turned deadpan.

Flashback, reminded by Nolan and Rothur when they were little. Nolan and Rothur wore short-sleeved shirts and knee-length shorts in the badlands and were barefoot, with several other children of similar appearance behind them. They both appeared shabby, with a tall man standing before them and some others standing behind him. This man wore a long-sleeved overcoat that opened in the middle, a shirt, trousers, and knee-high boots. The man before Nolan and Rothur knelt, his face only showing the lower half, showing a wide, gentle smile. This man held Rothur and Nolan’s heads with both hands.

“You all save now.”

This man referred to Nolan, Rothur, and the other orphanage children. Rothur and Nolan nodded with glum expressions. This man continued speaking.

“I want to ask some help from you two.”

Rothur and Nolan were surprised. The man before them resumed speaking.

“I leave the hope of the universe on you two.”

Nolan and Rothur’s expressions turned confused. The man smiled gently.

“One day, you two will understand what I mean.”

The man stood up and turned around, then walked away. The people behind him also turned around and walked away, following him. Nolan and Rothur stood silently where they were, watching them leave. Flashback ended.

In the universe, the discovery of an ancient artifact by "The Legendary Wanderer" led many parts of the universe to begin connecting with one another. Not only did the harmonious cooperation of the interplanetary races emerge, but also chaos. Therefore, S.E.A. was established, an alliance of space pirates who helped each other overcome that. There was one place everyone was most after: "The Last Planet," located near the "Starless Region," which was said to hold some of the universe's secrets, most valuable treasures, and knowledge.… (S.E.A was a novel that covered some part of the "Realms of the Eleven Aspects" story from the S.E.A's point of view).

"Are you ready to reveal the secrets of Eleven Aspects?"

This novel chapter was released alternately with my other novels, which were released every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (similar to a manga magazine on my Patreon), and all of these novels could also be considered one novel as a whole (Realms of the Eleven Aspects novel) from multiple point of views. I’ll try to release more if possible because I’m still continuing to develop these novels, things like which of these should I prioritize to focus on, or should I continue to develop them together?

If you find that one of my novel titles hasn’t been updated for some time, please check the other ones currently being updated (please visit my Patreon page for more information)

For now, the chapter release time might sometimes be late, because I’m still adjusting the time, but I’ll make sure to update at least three new chapters a week. I realize that this project needs to become my full-time job to develop it further and better. I greatly appreciate your support to help me in that regard. If you think there's anything I need to improve, please let me know ^^
