In the quaint little town, where the hillside was covered with vibrant flowers, Albert and Jolie were strolling together, immersed in their own world of happiness. The sun shone brightly, casting a warm glow upon their faces as they laughed and enjoyed each other's company.
As they walked, Jolie playfully started to run, teasing Albert to catch up with her. Albert couldn't resist a challenge, and he dashed after her with all his might. The wind rushed through his hair as he closed the distance between them. But just as he was about to reach Jolie, she stumbled and lost her balance.
In a swift motion, Albert managed to catch her before she fell, wrapping his arms protectively around her. Their laughter filled the air as they both tumbled to the ground, still entangled in each other's arms.
Lying there, Albert gazed at Jolie's face, as if seeing her for the first time, and took in every detail—the sparkle in her eyes, the curve of her smile, the way her hair cascaded down her shoulders. Time seemed to stand still, and a sense of longing washed over him.
In that moment, their eyes locked, and Jolie smiled at him with affection. Before she could utter another word, Albert abruptly woke up, realizing that it was all just a dream. He couldn't help but feel a pang of disappointment, and his heart ached.
"Why?" he whispered to himself, trying to make sense of the bittersweet emotions he felt.
As he lay there, thoughts swirled in his mind, and he found himself wrestling with his own feelings. He yearned for Jolie, wishing it were him in her heart, but he knew she already had a boyfriend.
"Why did you have to pick him?" Albert mused, feeling a hint of jealousy. "What does he have that I don't?"
The weight of unrequited love bore heavily on Albert's heart, and he couldn't help but wish for a different reality—a world where he could be with Jolie, where she would see him the way he saw her.
He sighed deeply, contemplating the pain of hidden emotions. "Can't I just never wake up?" he whispered, hoping that in some other realm, he could be with the one he loved. "All I want is you."
Albert got up from his bed, still feeling a bit restless after the dream about Jolie. Determined to face the day, he headed to school. As he walked, he spotted Keanu waiting at the gate, just as he always did. Albert greeted him, but Keanu seemed distant and unresponsive.
"I'm sorry, okay. I should have just stayed quiet," Albert finally said, acknowledging the tension between them.
Keanu muttered something under his breath, but Albert couldn't quite make it out.
"What?" Albert asked, trying to understand.
"Say you are an idiot," Keanu repeated, his frustration evident.
Albert hesitated, not wanting to give in to the request, but he could see how much his friend was hurt. "No, I'm not going to say it," he stubbornly refused.
But Keanu persisted, "Say it."
With a sigh, Albert finally gave in, "You are an idiot, there I said it."
"You know that wasn't what I meant," Keanu clarified, wanting a sincere apology.
Albert reluctantly conceded, "Alright, I'm an idiot, I'm sorry."
"Apology accepted," Keanu replied, finally satisfied.
Together, the best friends walked to their classroom, their bond still strong despite the recent tension.
"I heard you helped the couple make up," Keanu remarked, changing the subject.
Albert shrugged, downplaying his involvement. "No, I was just there, listening. I didn't actually help."
Keanu looked surprised. "That's pretty surprising. Knowing you, you love Jolie, and she already has Cedric. It must have hurt. If it was me, I don't think I could go through with it."
Albert managed to lie, hiding his true feelings. "Well, she still is our friend. Our best friend."
As they continued walking, Albert and Keanu spotted Cedric standing at the door with Jolie. Seeing them together hit Albert hard, and his heart sank even further. He couldn't help but remember his dream, where he imagined himself in Cedric's place, by Jolie's side, and the pain of unrequited love intensified.
"Why not me?" Albert muttered to himself, his emotions getting the better of him.
Cedric noticed Albert and Keanu, and he quickly apologized to them for what had happened earlier. Despite the initial tension, the group eventually forgave Cedric, and they continued talking.
However, amidst the conversation, Albert noticed Aviana approaching them. An opportunity presented itself, and he swiftly pulled Aviana aside to talk in private. Aviana was taken aback by Albert's sudden move.
"What the hell, doofus? You surprised me," Aviana exclaimed.
"You have to explain to me," Albert insisted.
"Explain what?" Aviana asked, puzzled.
"Why didn't you talk to Cedric? We could have ended their relationship in one fell swoop," Albert said, still determined to meddle.
Aviana sighed, "I already told you, it would make me look like a villain."
"We could still do something about it," Albert persisted.
Aviana shook her head, "Dude, you're being selfish right now. If I did it, you might have easily gotten closer to Jolie, but Cedric wouldn't even want to see me."
Realizing his mistake, Albert apologized, "You're right, I'm sorry."
Aviana then noticed something was bothering Albert, and she probed gently, "Did something happen?"
"No, no, nothing happened," Albert replied, trying to hide his feelings.
But Aviana could tell, "I know what devastated looks like, idiot."
Finally, Albert confessed, "Nothing, I just dreamt of being with her earlier, that's all."
Aviana nodded in understanding, "Oh."
"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have taken it out on you," Albert said, feeling guilty. "You still have a problem with Cedric; we should fix it. You should say sorry to him."
Aviana hesitated, "No."
"Why? Let him say his sorry to me," Aviana explained. "That way, it will bring us closer. Trust me."
Albert sighed, "Why are you girls so complicated?"
Aviana smirked, "Because I'm a woman. We are born to be complicated, not like you simple-minded creatures."
Realizing they needed to rejoin the group before they were noticed, Albert agreed, "Alright, let's go. They might notice us. I'll go ahead."
Aviana decided to take a moment to herself in the bathroom. As she stared into the mirror, she reminisced about her past with Cedric and the happiness they once shared. The memories flooded her mind, leaving her longing for a time that seemed distant now.
Suddenly, the bathroom door creaked open, and Aviana's heart skipped a beat. She didn't want company at this moment of vulnerability. A girl walked in nonchalantly, carrying her makeup kit, seemingly unfazed by Aviana's discomfort.
Ignoring Aviana's silent plea to be left alone, the girl looked at her with an unsettling smile. "Aviana Sky Laxamana," she said, her voice dripping with malice. Aviana turned to face the intruder, taken aback by the use of her full name.
Bristling with irritation, Aviana retorted, "I'm sorry, do I know you, b*tch?" Her disdain for the girl was evident in her words.
The girl seemed amused by Aviana's response, her smile only growing wider. "I was told you are a demon, but I didn't know you also look like one," she taunted.
Aviana's eyes narrowed in confusion and anger. "Excuse me?" she spat.
Intrigued by Aviana's reaction, the girl continued, "I'm Felicia Aurelia."
Aviana was unimpressed. "Do you think I give a f*ck about your name?" she shot back.
Unfazed by Aviana's defiance, Felicia decided to take things further. "I know what you are doing," she said cryptically.
Aviana was now growing impatient with Felicia's games. "What are you talking about, are you nuts or something?" she retorted.
With a glint of mischief in her eyes, Felicia dropped a bombshell that sent shivers down Aviana's spine. "Cedric," she began, relishing the power of her knowledge, "and Jolie."
The color drained from Aviana's face as she realized Felicia had uncovered the truth about her feelings for Cedric. "What?" she stammered, unable to hide her shock.
Felicia smirked, enjoying every moment of Aviana's distress. "What a wonderful couple they make," she continued, her words cutting through Aviana like a knife.
Aviana's voice trembled as she struggled to regain her composure. "How did you know?" she asked, her vulnerability exposed.
Felicia's smile widened, savoring the fear she instilled in Aviana. "Don't you mean, who told me?" she teased, leaning closer to Aviana.
The fear within Aviana intensified as Felicia's seductive voice sent chills down her spine. Trembling, she could barely manage a response. "How did you find out?" she whispered, her voice barely audible.
With a triumphant gleam in her eyes, Felicia declared, "Got you, b*tch."
