The fact that we get so many high school scenes makes me suspect that either one of the high schoolers is in on it, or one of the high schoolers will be in on it. The killer clearly has help.
On a somewhat related note, I recently got into looking at ancient and medieval serial killers and came across a 2nd century Chinese prince named Liu Pengli who hired an army to help him kill people for fun. I had not thought about serial killer teams until reading that.
Detective Joo Hyuk's ordinary life is flipped upside down on the day the killing vote begins, giving citizens a chance to punish killers that evaded punishment. Gaetal, the mysterious figure controlling this system, claims it's justice for the forgotten, while Hyuk and his team try but fail to prevent the deaths. With the increasing number of victims and growing support for the votes, will Hyuk be able to catch Gaetal and stop this madness? Or will he have to witness the demise of true justice?
