Okay, this guy is an ass, but this last scene made me realize... if dogman targets an innocent person, even if the vote comes out to less than 50% guilty, that innocent person will forever be suspected by the public and his life will be messed up.
Detective Joo Hyuk's ordinary life is flipped upside down on the day the killing vote begins, giving citizens a chance to punish killers that evaded punishment. Gaetal, the mysterious figure controlling this system, claims it's justice for the forgotten, while Hyuk and his team try but fail to prevent the deaths. With the increasing number of victims and growing support for the votes, will Hyuk be able to catch Gaetal and stop this madness? Or will he have to witness the demise of true justice?
