Scene: Draco around age 12 is sitting by a willow tree reading a book. Cadence casually walks up to where he's sitting.

YOUR ENERGY WILL BE LIMITED, CONSTANTLY RUNNING OUT! THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN REPLENISH IT IS TO DRINK THE BLOOD OF HUMANS, LIKE A PARASITIC CREATURE! WHEN YOUR ENERGY RUNS OUT YOU STILL WON'T DIE! YOU'LL FALL INTO A DEEP SLEEP, TRAPPED IN A MORTAL BODY AND UNABLE TO ESCAPE! MAY YOU NEVER DIE AND LIVE FOREVER TRAPPED IN THAT WRETCHED MORTAL BODY!!! 

Action: Draco looks shocked by this as the curse takes effect. He falls to his knees touching his throat. Polaris comes running onto the scene while Cadence is giving her curse. 

Polaris: Reaching towards Cadence CADENCE, STOP! THAT’S ENOUGH!

Cadence: Glares at Polaris You’ve found me already, brother, what an attentive father you are. 

Polaris: Glares back at her I don’t know what your obsession is with Draco, but if you’ve hurt him I’ll-

Cadence: Gives Polaris a cold look It doesn’t matter anymore, he can’t give me what I want now.

Draco: Weakly stands up and holds his hand out to tell Polaris to not speak Rajani, I sympathize with your anger and feel your pain, so I will give you a boon. 

Cadence: Gives Draco a suspicious look What?
