This story is somewhat loosely based from the old fairy tale, the Frog Prince. I read it recently, since I remembered enjoying it when I was younger. News flash: I didn't like it nearly as much as I recalled. The version I found was only three or four pages long, and there was no time to build up any personality or conflict between the princess and the frog. No time whatsoever delving into the characters. The prince literally just becomes human, and the princess is all like "I wanna marry you!" He was a cold nasty frog just a moment ago. That doesn't bother you?

Which meant that when the end dropped, I was feeling rather neutral about it all. My cold heart requires some time to build up sympathy for characters. 😂 Anyway. I was so disappointed I went around muttering to myself, and that spawned a new idea.
