I want them to know it's okay to vent your feelings to others. “Hey guys, we are in our office, just vent it all out. I know you guys want it so bad. Go ahead, no one is going to stop you from doing it,” I say as I sit on the corner of a table. “Why are we getting ignored when it's a group effort in this clothing brand? I don't understand people,” Bora says as she looks upset. “It's not fair how one person gets all the attention just because they are the CEO's son,” Woojin says angrily. “It's unfair, it's unfair!,” Dae-Jun says while she is screaming. “Why are we being put to the side like dogs? We aren't dogs to be pushed around and toyed with,” San-Hun says while trying to keep his cool. “It's just upsetting that we barely even got noticed,” Hei-Ran says as she takes a seat on the desk. “What was the point in the meeting if we were just going to be ignored the whole time?,” Sue Yoon says as he looks at me. This is a lot to process and I know they feel this way but this is how the world is, you get tossed around a lot of times. “Guys calm down,” Chae-Won says with a calm voice. “Yeah he's right, we should just calm down and talk about it peacefully,” Yun-Seo added. I was just stuck in my thoughts and they were right, he was just ignoring us and the world is like that but we have all the right to be mad at him, well at least them. I'm just worried about them the most about this experience and I've been through worse so it's not even a big deal to me but the others have not experienced this as much and it's getting to them. “Let's just focus on what we need to do for now,” Hei-Ran says as everyone looks at her. “I agree, it's something we should forget about and not get into,” Ryu says. “Umm if it's okay for me to say, it's better for us to talk about it now and get our feelings dealt with before Haru comes because if we don't, it might lead to problems in the future,” Re says as she looks down. “She’s right, that's why I asked you guys to vent if you needed to. Remember it's okay to be upset and mad but don't tend to lead it to Haru because it isn't his fault that Mr.Hu is paying more attention to him. The last thing we want is problems in our group. We got picked by Mr.Kim, not Mr.Hu. I want you guys to remember that Haru is our group member, not just the CEO’s son, but our friend. I want you guys to let all your anger out and not blame Haru for what you all experienced. Also be wary of people like Mr.Hu. He is an example of how greed can come a long way. There will be people out in the world that want to crush you into pieces and you shouldn't let them. Mr.Hu saw how upset and angry you guys were and he made it to his advantage. Who knows who he is, we don't know what type of man he is and we are only basing it on what we saw in the meeting. All we can do is show people that we are not fazed by anything they throw our way. For sakes, we did two clothing ideas in two weeks..two weeks! That's very impressive and you guys should be proud of it. Don't mind Mr.Hu, just focus on who we are and what we are. We are a group and we need to act like it. I know you guys care for Haru and are upset about the situation but you should also keep in mind of his feelings as well. If you guys wouldn’t have focused on Mr.Hu and put your hatred on him, you guys would have noticed Haru and how he showed how he felt. I know body language and he did not feel very happy talking to Mr.Hu. Haru cares for us and our feelings. After you guys have gone through this experience, I want you to be calm and take a break. We can talk about this experience and how it changed your perspective of the world and the people in it at any moment today, most likely at the house. I have been through this before, many times. Now I just ignore it, he ignores you, then ignore the fact that he is ignoring you.”
