Kel. Kelsey Desoto. Like a painting with so many imperfections, that it becomes perfect. His silly laugh, his perfect smile, his personality. Everything. He's just suitable for Basil. They're meant to be together. Even if it means Basil might have to pull some strings. Basil's not ready for that yet, and Kel's too precious to ever be forced to endure that kind of hardship.
