No, Basil won't allow that to happen. Basil will fight tooth and nail to keep Kel by his side forever even if Basil has to use force to get his way.  Basil would do anything for Kel. Nothing matters. Not even his happiness or his own life, no. Just Kel's. He'd give up all his money and reputation if it meant getting Kel back. Hell, Basil would give up his life for Kel. If Basil had to sacrifice himself to save Kel, he would do it. But for now, Basil was after Sunny. This is where we are now, Basil and Sunny are in the bathroom together fighting for their lives. Basil had the upper hand since Sunny was trying to calm themselves down at the same time.  But Basil is still holding gardening sheers, which is dangerous in its own right. Basil knows that this situation is terrible, he can feel it deep within his bones. But he doesn't care. It's either Sunny or Basil dying today. Either way, Basil will win because no one will get between Basil and his beloved Kel. While Basil hoped it was Sunny who would be the one to die today, he really wouldn't mind if it was him. He would die knowing that it was all for Kel.
