I'm liking the premise so far, having him be a world native and only isekaing the medical knowledge is interesting. Not only does it establish him as someone who is familiar with the way things are and start him off with a strongly held goal, it also means that as someone who wasn't previously a doctor the action of healing others has a chance to have a more profound impact on him that it would for a character who was already a doctor and is choosing to continue doing so in their new world.
Also on one hand somewhat glad that this litrpg system is explaining it's rules to him as someone not familiar with it, it's also a little strange it couldn't just implant the knowledge like it did with medicine.
