 there is 10 tires from T1 to T10 and then there's unique there is also  T0 which is what most people have

 Unique abilities are abilities that are unique to a certain person so only one person can have each unique ability at a time. These abilities are usually powerful to the point where they can destroy entire countries and people with these are usually hunted experimented on, captured or killed 

T10 abilities can only be owned by 1-3  people  at a time per ability and usually are powerful this includes abilities like

T9 only 100 people can have each T9 ability T9 abilities are usually abilities that can do things like changing  time or changing reality

T8 only 1000 people can have each T8 ability T8 abilities are usually abilities that are so powerful that they could destroy countries or on the other hand could block other T8 abilities

T7 only 5000  people can have each T7 ability 

T6 only 10000 people can have each T6 ability

T5 there is no limit on how many people can have each T5 ability

T4 there is no limit on how many people can have each T4 ability

T3 there is no limit on how many people can have each T3 ability 

        T3 Abilities are abilities that are useful but not dandrouse or significantly powerful for example night vision.. 

T2 there is no limit on how many people can have each T2 ability 

abilities are abilities that tend to be useful but dangerous, for example warp. The warping ability lets you create portals however they only last 5 minutes and anything  inside when it closes is destroyed making the ability deadly because there is no warning and it closes instantly causing around a 80 percent death rate overall. This causes T2 abilities to be rarely used by owners.
