(At the greenhouse)

Ki grabs the broomstick and tells Myla to lay on the floor. Myla does as she is ordered to. Myla remembers her place in the world.

(The Past)

Myla was from a poor family in The Nation of Fia, her parents were cleaners for hire. They got hired by a friend of the family of Alexy. That friend's son fell in love with Myla even though her status was lower than his.

Myla would always help her mother clean and take good care of her younger brother. Her father always told Myla to take care of them when he wasn't around. Myla thought her father really cared for his family and was overprotective towards them. But, Myla came to realize that he was only protective towards his wife because the men of the house they would clean would always look at Myla's mother with sinful glances.

Myla was coming of age and the men who would give her candy and "pocket money" started to shift their eyes towards her instead of her mother. Her father was relieved and would buy Myla more feminine clothing, she thought her father loved her. The men would watch her as she worked. Her father would ensure Myla was in the same room or had the same job as his wife.

Myla's "father" wasn't her biological father. But she didn't know about it till she was married off to Ki. She didn't understand why her father was distant and cold towards her. He would be lovable towards her mother and younger brother but never towards her. Myla would be happy whenever he would buy her things but didn't know about his true attention.

In truth, Myla was the case of a child that came from violence. Myla's mother was raped while she was dating her current husband. Nevertheless, her mother couldn't get rid of her child, because even though she came from violence, she knew the child was innocent. Her husband wanted her to have an abortion. He would try to convince her to give the child up.

Once Myla was born, her mother knew she couldn't give her up she saw the innocence in her eyes the innocence of a child that knew no violence. Her husband instead saw the genetics of the rapist. He saw it in the color of her eyes, in the shape of her hands, and the dimples that would smile back at him. Whenever she would smile it would send shivers down his spine. And in reaction, he would have a distasteful look in his eyes. His eyes showed hate, and anger, and gave out negative energy. Towards Myla even though she was innocent.

At first, her mother loved her and doted on her. But as she grew she started to look more and more like him. More and more like his mother. The horrible woman that mother was, she would always defend his violence, his anger, and his terrible acts of sexual violence. She would say those girls wanted it, craved it, and needed the attention. Myla's mother hated her the most even more than him. When she found out she was pregnant she made absolutely certain that no one from his family would find out. Only she and her husband knew the truth, but soon Kai and Myla would learn the truth as well.

The friend of the Alexy family head talked to Myla's father and sold her to them for money to take their son to another nation. Her mother didn't want to leave Myla all alone but in the end, let her husband sell her daughter off. Myla heard and thought it was all her father's work.

But once Myla found out was is to marry that family she confronted her father and said "Why...why do you hate me so much?"

"You bitch... I will always fucking hated you. You are a mistake in this world. Your mother should have aborted you. She was merciful and let you live, but thankfully, and finally, she realized her mistake and agreed to sell you. So we can leave The Nation of Fia with our only child." said her stepfather.

Myla broke into tears and was so weak that she was on her knees. Her brother ran to her and told his father to stop. His father told him to go over to him.

"Son, stop defending it. It was the result of rape. Your poor mother went through a lot and even tried killing herself. But thankfully I was able to st- save her." said his father.

Myla got up and looked at her mother who looked away, she ran away. Myla got lost and ended up near a park that was owned by the family she was sold off to. Ki got bored in the meeting his family attended and wandered off.
