The light shone through the window, iluminating Sebastian face. Sebastian wiped his eyes and stretched his arms. The other were still asleep. He stood up and walked to the window to peeked outside.

"Oh! you awake?"

Sebastian turned his head, he saw Enid covered her yawn and then woken up Shanna. Rob was still soundly asleep, Enid tried to woke him but he mumbled wanted to slept a bit longer. Shanna joined Sebastian at the window. Rob finally woken up after Enid pinched his cheek.

Enid took a stack of meal box from her bag and distributed it. While eating they discussed their plan for the day.

"There's still lots to cover."  Sebastian checked the map.

"How about that tall tower?" suggested Rob while munching a slice of meat "we can survey further from up there."

They agreed with Rob and quickly finished their meal. They packed up their things and went to the tall building. When they near it, Rob pointed at something on the snow, Sebastian saw a red patch partially covered by the snow. They crouched to looked at it closer.

"What is it?" asked Sebastian

Rob examined it, he suddenly looked horrified "It's blood.."

"Sebas!" Enid pointed at the trails of blood at the entrance of the tall building, the same symbols covered the wall.

Shanna suddenly ran towards the building. "No! Father! Brother!" She cried as she entered the building.

"Wait! Shanna!" Sebastian yelled, they ran after her.

"Shanna! where-" Enid stopped after seeing the hall were completely drenched with blood, she covered her mouth.

They then heard Shanna screamed from above. They ran upstairs, there they saw Shanna on her knees, infront of severed heads, sobbing uncontrollably while hugging one of the head.

Enid hand's shaken, but she walked towards Shanna and hugged her from behind. She tried to calmed her but to no affail as she kept sobbing.

Sebastian was stunned, he didn't knew what to do. Rob then called him.

"We- we should head back, we have to inform Sannekth." said Rob

Suddenly they heard loud engines sound from the distance. Sebastian peeked from the window, he saw dozen of vehicles coming towards the ruin, they were all covered with the same eerie symbols.

"Are those the bastard!" Shouted Rob "There's so many of them."

"Rob, where's our vehicle?"

"Shanna, we have to go.." Enid tried to hold Shanna's hand.

"No..." Shanna still sobbing. "i don't want to.. let me be with them.."

Enid urged her again, but shanna kept refusing, Enid then slapped Shanna's face really hard which surprised Sebastian, although Shanna probably didn't felt anything due to the helmet, but she was stunned for a moment and dropped the head she hugged. Shanna finally took Enid's hand and followed her while still sobbing.

"Where's our vehicle?" Sebastian looked at Rob, he was flabbergasted looking at enid. "Rob!"

"Oh! Sorry." Rob checked his map, "Fortunately it is on the opposite side. Why don't stay here and fight them?"

"I don't think we can beat them all."  Sebastian looked at the area filled with crumbled building. "come on, i have a plan."

They went downstairs and at the enterance, Sebastian peeked outside. He turned to Rob and Enid and motioned at the crumbled buildings. "We'll use that to cover our escape. Rob, i need you to lead the way while Enid protect shanna, and i will guard your back." he then told them to prepared their corinth. Rob and Enid nodded, they ran towards the crumbled building, Sebastian followed them while blowing their footprints using the air purifier.

They carefuly traversed the crumbled building, they heard the engine noise getting closer. Sebastian motioned at them to stop, he peeked from the crevice and saw dozen of peoples wearing the crude hazmat suit pouring from the truck, they were led by a man wearing an ornate hazmat.

"Search the area!" ordered the ornate hazmat man.

Sebastian motioned at Rob and Enid to continued. After  quite a while, they finally reached the end of the crumbled building, Sebastian looked around, he was relieved there's no hazmat people on sight, but they didn't had anything to cover them.

"Rob how much further?" asked Sebastian

"Just few more blocks."

"Lets take a rest." suggested Enid, she nod at Shanna who still weeping. She took 2 bottled drinks from her bag and gave it to Sebastian and Rob.

Sebastian opened the bottle and leaned against the wall. As he drank, he heard a loud crack.

"Watch out!" warned Rob

The wall behind Sebastian fell and made a loud bang that echoed through the ruin. A moments later they heard engines sound rushing towards them.

 "Run!" Sebastian shouted

They ran as fast as they could, but Shanna suddenly fell down. They help her stood up, she looked exhausted and fell to her knees.

"Screw this!" Rob picked up Shanna and carried her his back.

Sebastian saw bunch of vehicles getting closer, "Go, i'll slow them down" He aimed his corinth at one of the vehicle. The blast hit the vehicle, causing it to swiveled and hit the vehicle beside it. He was about to aimed at another when out of nowhere, a huge hazmat man appeared, he swinged his hammer but Sebastian able to evaded in a nick of time.

The man about to clobbered him again but got blasted away. Sebastian saw Enid aiming her corinth. She shot another round and hit a group people running towards Sebastian.

"Enid! behind you!"

2 hazmat man appeared behind Enid, they knocked her corinth and subdued her. Sebastian about to shot when someone yelled at him to surrendered, It's the ornate hazmat man. They surrounded them.

"Surrender sinner! We- wait! why didn't you wear a mask!?" the ornate hazmat man sounded perplexed "You- You! you're not them! Who are you!?"

"He- he must be the sky people!!" Howled the man beside him "Only them- possessed those demonic power!"

 "The prophecy! it is as foretold!" the other begin to panicked

"They're back! the doom is near!"

"Sillence!" the ornate man yelled.

Enid used the moment of confusion to headbutt her subduer face which astonished Sebastian. The subduer's mask cracked, causing the man to freaked out. The other tried to hit Enid with his hammer but Sebastian shot him first.

Enid quickly took her corinth and shot at the crowds, opening the path. Sebastian grabbed enid's hand and they ran passed the dissarayed crowds.

"After them!" The ornate man flailing his arms like a mad man.

Sebastian and Enid ran as fast as they could, another group of people appeared in front of them, blocking their way. Sebastian aimed at them but one of them throwed his hammer and hit Sebastian face which made him dropped his corinth. Sebastian shook his head and just in time seeing the huge man swinging his club at him, Sebastian evaded and punched the man in the gut, knocking him out cold. Sebastian saw his hand in amazement, he didn't know he was this strong. Sebastian took the club and swinged it to the incoming assailant. He managed to beat several; Enid helped beat few of them, but they were again surrounded.

The ornate hazmat man yelled at them "Surrender freaks! your blood will-"

They heard an engine noise and saw their vehicle coming towards them. It ploughed through the hazmat peoples and stopped in front of them.

Rob rolled down the window, "Quick! inside!" he shouted. They opened the door and hopped inside their vehicle. Shanna was at the back seat, terrified. "Hang on!" Rob hit the pedal and they quickly fled from the ruin. Sebastian looked back and saw the Hazmat peoples scrambled to their vehicles and began chasing them.

"I've informed Sannekth our situation" said Rob "He's coming as fast as possible.. and Ammaurith was furious."

They saw their pursuer gaining on them. "Rob! faster!" Enid yelled

"This is the top speed!" He looked at Sebastian "Shoot them maybe?"

"We dropped ours back there.."

"Seriously!? here!" he gave his corinth to Sebastian.

Sebastian opened the window and shot one of the pursuer, flipping it upside down. Sebastian shot at another but still there were more joined the chase.

"The heck, they're so persistance!"

"Rob!" screamed enid, one of the vehicle sped up and about to rammed them. They braced themselves and heard a loud thump. Their vehicle wasn't scatched, but they saw the assailant vehicle now swivel around because it sides were shattered to pieces.

Rob laughed "Yeah! how do you like that huh!"

The other vehicles began slowing down, "Are they given up?" asked Enid, but then something exploded beside them.

Sebastian looked back and saw the ornate man threw some kind of ball toward them, it exploded when it hit ground. The ornate man threw another one and it hit their vehicle sides, the explosion was strong enough to cracked the window and dented the doors. The other then followed the ornate man and started throwing the balls at them.

Rob cursed a lot while trying his best to evaded the explosion. After what seemed a long time, they heard a swooping noise and they were covered under a shadow. Its their landing craft, it flew  above the hazmat people vehicles who were now stopped chasing them and were awed looking at their ship. A large figure jumped from their craft and landed on top of the ornate man vehicle.

Gersoth teared the vehicles roof and grabbed the ornate man and thrown him to the ground, Gersoth then flipped the vehicles. Several  hazmat peoples get out from their vehicles and attacked Gersoth, but he backhanded all of them in one clean swoop, they flew far away like a doll.

Sebastian heard Gersoth laughing while beating the hazmat people. Sannekth, Pulkth, Ammaurith, Lenoeth and Mafith then joined the fray; Pulkth sang a battle cry while kicking a poor hazmat man on the head.

"Who- who are they?" asked Shanna, amazed.

"They- uh.. they are our superior.." said Sebastian.

A while later, after tying all of the hazmat people, Ammaurith ran towards Sebastian and other. "Aress allss ofss youss okayss?" she looked at all of them and then hugged enid "youss mustss be scaredss."

 "I am glad you're here.." Enid hugged back

Sannekth grabbed Sebastian shoulder "Goodss workss theress kidss."

Gersoth smacked Rob back, "It'sss beenss a whiless since iss hadss thisss muchss funss!"

"Wha- why they talks like that?" said Shanna suddenly, she's bewildred while pointing at Sannekth and other. "They- they all have tailss!"

"Eh- Uhmm.. Shanna, this might surprise you.. a bit." said Sebastian

Sannekth and his companion took off their helmet. Seeing their face, Shanna screamed "monsters!!" and fainted.

Sannekth,Gersoth and Mafith laughed while Ammaurith checked on Shanna with worried looks.

"So.. what are we gonna do with her?" asked Sebastian.

"Lets bring her with us." suggested Enid "She didn't had anyone else here.. please.."

"Hmmss.. Ehss whyss notss." Sannekth grinned

Enid smiled brightly, "Also we should pretend that we are the sky people." she said before following  Ammaurith who were carrying Shanna to the landing craft.

"I believe there are more people like her still survive somewhere in this planet." said Sebastian

"Sadlyss, there'sss nothingss wess canss do." said Lenoeth

"Can't we help them?" Inquired Rob "At least bring them far away from those trash." nodding at the tied hazmat peoples.

"Elderss Su'udss barredss everyoness to visitss thisss planetss againss." said Pulkth

"Eh? Why?" asked Rob

"Comess onss Robss, helpss usss strappedss the vehicless underss the craftss." said Mafith

Rob sighed, he followed Gersoth, lenoeth and Mafith.

"Sorryss kidss" Sannekth looked at Sebastian "orderss are orderss."

"Anywayss, Elderss Su'udss commendedss yourss effortss." Pulkth smilled

They walked to the landing craft. "Uhm.. What did you find in that structure?" Sebastian asked Sannekth. "Other than the logs."

"Wess can'tss sharess youss thess datass wess gatherss." said Pulkth

"Alsoss orderss fromss Eldersss, don'tss worryss.. wess willss sharess it whenss the timess isss rightss." Sannekth smirked.

Sebastian nodded, although he's dissapointed.

They boarded the landing craft and left earth. As soon as they landed on their spaceship, Ammaurith pushed them to the infirmary. After she tended their abrasion, Sannekth told them to get some rest, Rob was ready to hit the bed when they heard Shanna finally conscious.

At first she was terrified and almost fainted again, but Enid able to calmed her down and told her that they were the sky people which made her suddenly gone livid and she began to cried.

"Why! it's too late! my family... Everyone.. they are- i-"

Ammaurith hugged Shanna "Poorss girlss.. I'mss sorryss but wess are heress, youss are safess nowss..", Shanna was sobbing uncontrollably, Ammaurith kept hugging her until she calmed down.

After calming down, Sannekth asked her if she wanted to go back to earth, She shook her head.

"Hmmpss, wellss thenss, Rithss, preparess the welcomingss feastss." said Sannekth

"Oh!" Enid remembered something, she left the infirmary and a moments later, she returned with the cook book and showed it to Ammaurith.

Thus their training ended, as they waited for Ammaurith and Enid finished cooking, Sebastian sat near the window, seeing earth dissapeared from his sight. Sannekth handed him a glass of fari juice.

A cycles later they arrived at the base, Shanna had learnt about the Watcher under Ammaurith tutelage, but she was still astonished by the sight of the base, her new home. She became the center of attention due to her situation; Widodo were in tears hearing her predicament.

2 plinks later, Sebastian, Rob, Enid and along with 206 other including Widodo were given a badge of honour to led their own team. Rob and Enid however declined and instead chose to served under Sebastian's leadership. Alexander, Santi,Travis, a young Haron named Viv Saven, Muara the Umistrics and later after receiving her implant, Shanna were assigned under Sebastian's team.
