HEY HONEY, Mrs Dog shouted.

Mr Dog went out of the basement and went to the living room, where a

Christmas tree was near the back.

Mrs Dog, he said.

Mrs Dog walked to him.

We're having Christmas dinner at the community center, she said. "The kids

got the turkey, and they're already ready."

Okay, said Mr Dog.

He put on some some dark brown boots, some gray mittens, a dark gray

coat and a black hat. and Mrs Dog put on some gray boots, some pink

gloves, a black coat and a white hat. Kevin had a blue coat, some gray

gloves, and some dark gray boots, his sister Lori had a pink hat, a purple

coat, some purple gloves and some brown boots, and their teenage sister

Audrey had a purple coat, some light pink gloves and some light pink boots.

Then the whole family went to a community center with some Christmas

caroling and dinner.

And while Mrs Dog and her daughters bought out the dinner, Mr Dog and

Kevin went inside. They took off their coats and hats, and put them to

where all the other coats where, and they took their boots off. Toby came

to Kevin.

Kevin, where's Lori, Audrey and your mom, he asked.

they're bringing the dinner in, said Kevin.

Well come on then, said Toby.

Then he, Kevin, and his dad went through a crowd of people surrounding a

Christmas tree near the corner. Carolers sung O Come All Ye Faithful. Then,

Lori carried a Christmas turkey over to Kevin, she poked him in the

shoulders, and Kevin turned his head at her.

Here's the turkey Kevin, said Lori.

Thanks, said Kevin.

He grabbed the turkey off of Lori's hand, and he took it to the other food.
