We start walking towards Josephs apartment, but my vision starts turning red, with dots scattered everywhere. "Nathaniel, I dont-"  I feel my body slump, and I hit my head hard on the stairs.

"Oh shit," Nathaniel shouts. "Someone, help, someone!" Nathaniel shouts louder.  I can hear a sloshy sound as I feel Nathaniel pick me up.  

I go a while without feeling or hearing anything, but then I hear sirens.  I try open my eyes, but they are too heavy, the darkness is starting to take over again.
