"Yeah! They are actually really good smoothies, ok?"
"I don't trust you, Nina... what if the smoothies are poison?"
After a lot of convincing, Nina told us that the smoothie shop was safe. She told me the directions to get there.
I gasped. "Oh no, Oh no. This is not good."
"WHAT?!" Ichika and Nina both exclaimed.
"It's nothing too serious, it's just that Nanami's house is actually across the street from the smoothie shop."
"It's fine. She probably won't be there."
It turns out she was there. When we got to the shop, I saw her, sitting down at one of the tables. She looked.. miserable. Nina said that this shop didn't care if you were an alien or not, so Ichika was safe.
We walked into the shop, leaving Nina behind. "Nina, are you going to come?"
"Eh, I want to leave you two in there. Also don't forget to talk to Nanami. Get me a smoothie, will ya?"
Nanami was sitting at the table right next to the front door. "Hey Atsuko, why don't you go and talk to her?" Ichika waited for me by the door. I walked up to Nanami.
"H-Hey, Nanami.. it's been a while, huh?" I said.
No response. Then, I heard a quiet, "What do you want?"
It sounded a little bit like she was crying. "I just wanted to see how you were doing, I miss you." I sat down in the chair beside Nanami. A tear fell down her cheek, and then she ran out the door. I didn't even have the time to say anything. Then Ichika sat down and said, "This is like a smoothie date!"
