This is an example of the “let’s just start drawing and write as we go” technique. It’s a terrible idea, but this got a laugh out of an elementary schooler so it’s not the worst.

Ben longs for something bigger than the Ridge, but he worries he's too shy to make it in the real world.
Andre just wants to stay with the people he loves, but he's too anxious to let anything change.
And Dakota wants to fit in with both her new friends and her family, but she can't balance the two to save her life.
Between sibling relationships, neurodivergence, gender roles, and the different ways people interact with nature, this strip has something for everybody.
