One of the townsfolk ran into the ruined building in a panic, out of breath, and with an unexplainable look of terror on his face. He gulped his fear down but still trembling as he forced the words out of his mouth, "Franklin... we got trouble out here? One came back to finish the job!"
Franklin and Asukem rushed outside, their footsteps making a thud sound, until they got out. At first, they gasped as they saw the guard that shot Isabella standing there looking for someone or something like a wild animal hunting for its prey. Despite him being the guard that shot the little girl, his appearance was different also, but they both sensed it was him.
The guard's left side of his face was deformed by the void, his eyes glowing a sinister red glow. The void disfigures the right side of his body, leaving his right arm engulfed in shadows and causing him to have a shadow-like claw. The guard's legs were consumed by shadows, showcasing the shadows coming from the ground in a fog-like symptom. However, the guard was crouching down and twitching like he was suffering from a withdrawal of drugs.
Franklin's eyes widened in fear as he was terrified at the fact that his own men turned into that, and the question raced through his mind: is this what happened to Asukem? Despite Franklin's reaction, the actual moment was when Asukem's face turned from surprise to complete outrage, his eyes narrowed, and his sharp K9-like teeth showed as he barked out and charged at the guard like a mad bull, "You bastard, you going to pay for killing Issie!"
The deformed guard quickly looked at Asukem, charging at him. The guard's sinister red eyes narrowed in rage, and leaped at Asukem like a wild beast attacking his prey. The dark growl of the guard's voice filled the air, causing the rage and despair to become heavier, and lightning struck the ground as the fog surrounded the two. The lightning striking the ground caused flames to spark, making the scenery more threatening for the townsfolk. "There you are! Killing you will let the mistress love me again. It's your fault she doesn't love me anymore!"
The two collided, causing a negative impact and shockwave, causing fear and knocking most of the townsfolk down on the ground, trembling in fear as they watched the two Sin Kin fight. The two hold each other at bay, snarling at each other as the negativity rises up and the elements of the battle intense.
Asukem swung his demonic claw at the guard, as he had no weapons on him at this moment of the battle. He rushed into the fay unprepared but was willing to fight the guard with brute strength and monstrous agility. Despite Asukem's attack, the guard easily dodges and counter-attacks by swinging his claw at Asukem. Still, Asukem was driven by rage and adrenaline. He moved his arm above him to block the guard's attack. The guard's claw pieced through the corrupted skin of Asukem's monstrous arm, causing pain and getting stuck.
Asukem cringes in pain as he forces the guard's claw to the side, making an opening to his face. Asukem then slugs the guard in the jaw. The sound of bones cracking forms as his fist contacts the guard's face, causing the guard to stumble backward in a daze, and his claw slices through Asukem's corrupted skin as it is forced to be unstuck. Both of them cringe in pain, but Asukem recovers and charges at the guard, grabbing the neck, forcing him off his feet, and slamming him into the ground. The guard twitches in pain, unable to get a chance to recover.
Asukem clinches onto his neck, digging his claw into it, causing it to bleed black blood. The guard reaches for the blood coming from his neck, draws a symbol in the dirt, and then activates it, causing a portal to form that forces Asukem to let go of the guard. The portal then slowly shallows the guard, making him escape the wrath of Asukem.
Asukem stands there with a blank look on his face. At first, he did not know what to expect, then his face filled with boiling rage, and his voice picked up in a roar as it echoed through the dark sky, "You coward, stay and face your judgment!"
The guard's voice boomed through the sky as if in another dimension, answering Asukem's statement, "You will pay for making me be forgotten, and once you're dead, I can be with Lady Evealeana once again, but until then, be wary as you will not know when I come back to kill you!"
Asukem, unfazed by the threat, he just returned an answer screaming in the air with his blood boiling in rage, "You damn coward, come back and pay for what you have done!"
Franklin gently put his hand on Asukem's uncorrupted shoulder, sending a surge of fear and agony through Asukem as he said with words trembling from his mouth, "It looks like he will be back. Let's let it go until the issue returns, and we are fully prepared for his onslaught." Asukem looks back with rage and frustration in his eyes as he snarls and grunts, "Fine..."
Once the guard disappeared, so did the surge of despair and rage. The fog cleared up, making the scenery clear and peaceful, and rain began to pour down, removing the flames from the land but leaving a scar of ash on the ground. Despite the wounds of the scenery, the townsfolk shook off the unsettling aura and started to get to work. They began rebuilding their home after gathering lumber and stone from the damaged building and the wilderness.
Asukem, an 18-year-old orphan from Rikros, is transformed into a sinkin by an evil demon who wields power to torment souls with her lust. Ah'keim, a powerful being with a mysterious ulterior motive, mentors him as he struggles to regain his humanity and undo the damage caused by the female demon. With the help of new friends who try to help him escape his fate as a sinkin, Asukem sets out to fight the void and gain control over his powers, all while seeking redemption for his past sins.
