This cafe and pub where students can hang out, exchange information and socialize after classes or saving worlds. It's also where they can have three meals a day before and after classes start. It's known for the pastries and coffee and has seen students challenge each other to fights or riddle contests, and even some love confessions. It is found on the ground floor. Cassiopeia is the current manager of the cafe.

There are floating cocoa-wood tables where diners are served drinks and food, with stools that can warm or cool the student's backsides by voice activation depending on the weather. The counter is made of cocoa-wood too, and is mainly where the older students get wine, beer and liquor to drink, aside from the usual tea and coffee. Younger students will just have to sit at the floating tables. At the walls, there are windows with stools and folding tables where you can make an order to the bakers there, so if you sit there, expect to be served faster after they take your order, cook it and serve it to you. There is a door to the kitchen behind the counter, and the window beside it is where drinks are served.

There are yellow capsule-shaped lamps called 'Lights of Solace' that hover in the cafe. They are usually fixed to the walls, above the windows, but when night comes, they detach from the walls, light themselves on fire and dance around the cafe and pub interior, providing a source of entertainment to the diners. Don't worry, the flames are warm, but they don't burn, for they are Celestial Flames, and not only that, the king placed a fireproof enchantment on the walls of the Milky Way cafe and pub to ensure its safety.
