Elisa senses two terrifying presences, they are Margaret and Dante, but they are not the people she knows. As cousins, Elisa and Margaret never had a good relationship and fought constantly after Clementine's death. In the end Margaret blames Elisa for everything, including her mother's behavior.
Agares also feels the presence of these beings. Inside him, for reasons that are not understandable, his body changes (I remind you that he is a demon that changes shape, but there are limits to being able to achieve this in the human world)

Oooh, this is getting super intense!!! 😱 And poor Elisa can't see her cousin and Dante have been possessed! She definitely feels something is very, very wrong. And the bloodstain on Margaret's dress is plain evidence! Run the other way, Elisa!!! 🏃♂️(ᗒᗩᗕ)
I love the way you depicted her relationship with Margaret through the years as they grew up. It wasn't for lack of trying, but Elisa did/said everything she could, but I guess Margaret saw too much to believe her cousin's word, and is too bitter and traumatised to think outside the box, or to just even see Elisa for the kind soul that she is 😔. Quite sad, really.
And my goodness, what is up with Agares??! I remember he could change shapes, but he did not seem to have control over himself to do this. Quite the scary shape, too 😱 (I did chuckle when he was whining on Iris' lap about wanting to leave and needing his bedtime 😆. His priorities are all shifted lol). And now he's right up against Nyx! Gosh, how will their encounter go 😨. Seems quite intense.
I've been meaning to say this for a while, but I'm also really enjoying the tones of your backgrounds in this comic, Emalie. It really matches and adds so much to the feel of the story 👏👏✨✨. I'll be on edge, waiting for next week's update!! Loved this update, bravo! 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
