The visions in the orb had ignited a new fire within Eliana. No longer could she remain sheltered in this forest, not when answers and revenge lay outside its borders. 

She spent the following days preparing rigorously for the journey ahead. New clothes were fashioned and cured for protection against the elements. Superior weapons and tools were constructed, along with pouches of dried provisions and medicinal herbs for any hardship.

When the morn of departure came at last, Eliana did a final sweep of her shelter and surroundings. So much had changed since that first terrified night awakening here so long ago. This place would always be her first true home, where she was reborn from ashes into the powerful woman she had become.

With one last lingering look, she turned and strode through the forest with head held high. Animals emerged silently from the trees to see her off - fox, deer and more she had lived alongside as family. They sensed the shift in seasons, this ending of an era within their woodland realm.

Reaching the treeline at last, Eliana paused to gaze out at the vast unknown stretching endlessly before her. Somewhere out there, her destiny and vengeance waited - she could feel it in her soul. Pulling her cloak's hood up against the brisk breeze, she stepped purposefully from the shelter of boughs into the open plains of opportunity and peril beyond. 

Thus began the next chapter in Eliana's life, as she left childhood and the past truly behind to embark upon a bold new journey into the larger world that was rightfully hers to command as its queen. Destiny was calling, and she went forth to answer.
