It was early in the morning when Liam awakened, the feeling of Levi's body still warm against his. Levi was nowhere to be seen, but Liam could hear the sound of someone cooking in the kitchen. There was a smell of bacon and eggs in the air, and Liam's stomach rumbled with hunger.
As Liam walked into the kitchen, he saw Levi sitting at the kitchen counter, eating a plate of scrambled eggs. He gestured to another plate on the counter, piled high with bacon, pancakes, and fruit. Liam sat down and started to eat.
After a moment, Levi brought up the topic of the levitation potion. "One of my friends told me about a potion that can make you levitate. I want to try it."
Liam paused mid-chew. "Levitation potion? That sounds dangerous."
Levi shrugged. "It's worth the risk. Don't you want to see what it feels like to fly?"
Liam considered the idea. The thought of being able to fly was alluring, but he also knew that there were always consequences to using magic. He shook his head. "I don't think it's a good idea."
As they finished breakfast, they heard loud knocks on the front door. Levi got up and went to answer it, leaving Liam sitting at the table. A group of Levi's friends came in, and Levi introduced them to Liam. "Guys, this is Liam. He's my new toy."
Liam stood up and said hello, but he could feel the eyes of Levi's friends looking him up and down, sizing him up.
Once they left, Levi turned and ran to his room. Liam followed, and when he walked in, he saw Levi lying on the bed with just his boxers on. He ran up to the bed and pinned Liam down with just one hand.
"I told you not to contradict me in front of my friends," Levi growled, his eyes blazing with anger. "Don't ever try to challenge me again."
Liam was too stunned to respond. He had never seen Levi like this before, and he was afraid of what might happen next.
