"That's it, isn't it" The woman walked to the edge of the hill, looking up at the pillar of light from the city center that sat in the valley. Or what's left of it. There was nothing to hear except the wind and the flames. The girl laughed, turning to her companion, smiling darkly.
"And what now?" The taller woman ignored her, staring at the battle site. Her golden hair flowed in the wind, covering her face that showed no emotion. The face of a person who has lost everything.
The dark-haired woman smiled broadly and looked towards the light with unconcealed joy.
"You allow this?!" a man's voice broke the silence. "You allow this, Lior!? She...she was there!" The man fell to his knees, his body covered in blood. He had trouble breathing and speaking. He had little time left. The dark-haired woman approached him and crouched down, smiling. widely.
"Oh? 'Everyone is dying, oh how sad, oh how bad.'" The girl replied mockingly in a high-pitched voice, then quickly grabbed his face, causing him pain. "And what do you want to do with it, hero?" she approached him with a certain madness in her eyes mixed with joy. "Nothing." She stood up and started laughing. The boy looked at her angrily, mainly because he knew she was right. He couldn't do anything. He could barely hold back the tears. That pillar of light took his friends who were like family to him, and took his loved one. He lost everything. He laughed contemptuously.
"Is that all you can afford, Lior?! You're a coward." He said with contempt in his voice to the blonde woman who turned to him. The other girl started to comment but was silenced by Lior.
"Okay then, boy." The blonde smiled slightly, showing interest.
"How about a bet?"
The man ran quickly between the buildings, trying to hide. He was all beat up. His elegant clothes were torn and bloody. His fair, long hair fell over his face. He looked at the full moon and sighed. He couldn't believe what had happened. He, the most powerful of his line, was defeated by some bounty hunter. He cursed quietly. He didn't give up yet and started walking further to the nearest park, hoping to lose his attacker.
"Colder than I expected." The young man whispered this to himself, stuffing his hands into his sweatshirt pockets. He slowly made his way to the park bench, eager to admire the cloudless night sky. The moon was reflected in the lake. "Beautiful view," he smiled to himself. Stellis, a city full of contrasts, delighted not only with its modernity but also with its mystical beauty. It combined old Nova Terraean culture with innovative architecture, making it truly unique.
Since NovaTerra became one federation, Stellis has created a unique history as the capital of the western part of the federation. It was here that key meetings of the Federation Government were held, and it was also where representatives of the Global Government sometimes gathered. The entire world is divided into regions: Libertara, Britannia, NovaTerra, Aqualantida, and Zenorienta. Long ago, global change led to the creation of One World Government. Regions have operated on a federal basis for over five hundred years. Each region has its own culture, religion, language, and traditions, but all are governed by a Global Government that ensures peace and order in the world.

The Global Government has one of its headquarters in Stellis, in an impressive building called the Palace of Liberty, also called Libertas Nova. There is one Palace on each continent so that the Government can deliberate in each region.
Stellis is a city where you can meet people from different parts of the world and cultures. Like any other city, it is divided into districts. In the Golden District, the richest and most prestigious, you can see luxury apartments, elegant restaurants, and exclusive shops. It was a district reserved only for the richest. In the Silver District, the middle class, you can find comfortable houses, cozy cafes, and fashionable boutiques. In the brown, working-class neighborhood, you can see modest apartments, cheap bars, bazaars, and factories. In the green district, the poorest and most neglected, you can see squalid huts, dirty streets, garbage dumps, and slums. Fortunately, in Stellis and on the entire continent there are no such extremes as in other places, e.g. LiberTara or Zenorienta. There, class differences are much more visible and outlined.
Stellis is a city where you can experience the cultural differences between the continents. You can easily taste dishes from different cultures or hear different accents and languages. There is one global official language, but each region also has its official native language.
Jayden's family had roots in Nórdland, where his parents had emigrated to Stellis when they were young. Both he and his sister were born here. The boy had always loved this place and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. Here he found happiness. He smiled to himself, feeling the peace in his soul of belonging to this unique city.
“Shit, shit, shit!” the dark-haired man cursed, he was exhausted, he felt like he couldn't cope any longer. His legs were starting to give out on him. He lost too much blood, too much. And then he saw a lonely boy in the park. He smiled triumphantly to himself.
"It's not the end of me yet" he smirked, he looked at the moon for a moment and thought it was quite a nice sight.
"A very beautiful last view" In a split second, he was behind the boy, biting into his neck. The young man struggled but had no chance against the attacker who sunk his fangs into his neck. The boy looked blankly at the sky. All he saw was a blue butterfly that was calmly flying through the sky. A beautiful view that had something magical about it.
“Why” he whispered, at the same moment something threw the attacker into the trees with enormous force. The young man fell to the grass without strength.
“Damn it,” the man felt his bones breaking, blood starting to flow from his mouth. "Damn you!!" he had barely uttered the words before he was unable to move, let alone fight. He lost. The Hunter was approaching him, and he was staring with empty, hopeless eyes at the figure that stood in front of him. He cursed. How could he lose to the Hunter?
"How is this possible…?" his eyes followed the figure and then he understood. He smiled. He finally recognized the face from the past. The woman approached him carefully.
"As they say...once in the cart, sometimes under the cart" The Hunter stood right in front of him "Nice dreams" The girl stuck a small dagger into his heart, crouched down, and watched the man die.
"You will regret it" those were the last words she heard.
She sheathed her dagger, took something from his pocket, and stood up, brushing the dust off her pants. She looked at the lying young man and cursed. She had to get rid of the body, luckily for her, they were at a small lake. She walked up to him, looked at him carefully, and was about to throw him into the water, but then she noticed his gaze. She cursed out loud. The boy was still alive, barely, but he was still alive and he was looking at her with piercing eyes. It wasn't the look of a victim, but of someone determined, someone who had no intention of dying. His look said that he wanted to live and that he would not give up. The girl glared at him, swearing like a cobbler as she did so. She grabbed the boy and carried him next to the corpse, she took out her dagger cut the dead man's wrist, and then placed it in the boy's mouth, making sure he swallowed the blood. He looked at her blankly.
“I'm sorry,” she smiled slightly at him, her eyes filled with a mix of sadness and bitterness. She cursed quietly to herself.
