Aiden: “...one, …three, ...two, ...and~three” (he turns to the doorway and looks through it as well and sees four possible directions you could go and writes it number down.) “Wow, four, I'll do this one last.”

(He makes his way back to the cott and when he does he draws a map on a piece of paper and places it next to the stack of paper on top of the list.)

(Insert makeshift paper map here)

12:40 a.m

Aiden: “I'm getting tired again, I should go to bed so I'm not tired if I need to do things later.”

(He gets into the cott and drifts to sleep rather quickly with the silence of the fluorescent lights getting even more quiet with each passing second.)

*bmmzzmmnn~~~---......*

(He starts to dream not too long after he falls asleep.)

Aiden: (Not realizing he's dreaming this time, playing a video game.) *click*click*pew*pew*click* “When did we get this game? I don't really like it. I'll ask mom later."

Aiden's mom(A's M): (shouting from what sounds like downstairs.) “Aiden! Honey, can you come down here for a sec?!”

Aiden: “Ok mom!” (he stands up) “I'll be there in a bit!”

A's M: “Alright!”

(He walks to his bedroom door and opens it.)

A's M: (quieter than before)“what's taking so long?”

Aiden: (He continues to walk down the hall.) “Coming!”

(As he's walking down the hall he realizes the hallway is getting longer the further he goes and he can't get to the flight of stairs to the bottom floor.)

Aiden: “what's happening?” (He picks up speed but it doesn't work,) “huh?” (He starts running, but nothing works as he tries to get to the door.)

A's M: (fading away as he gets closer turning into a buzzing.) “AIdezznn~~”

Aiden: “wait! Mom, don't leave! I don't know what's happening. Please!” (As he tries to pick up speed he trips.)

Aiden: “waiaaht~~”

*BADUNK*

(He hits the floor in his dream and awakes, sitting up jultingly.)
