It took a few hours, but I had enough. All I had to do was get the windows open. If I had to, I could break the glass. Like the doors, the window looked to be a challenge. The lock wasn't like anything I had seen before. It wasn't a simple latch lock like at home. No, you needed a key to open them. 'Who has key locks on a window? We're freaking in the sky!' Whoever had the bright idea to put these here must have made them level two hundred. Picking them was next to impossible.
"That's it; I'm breaking the glass. It doesn't matter if anyone hears me!" I snapped.
I used a nearby heavy chair. When I picked it up, I could feel my sudden shock throughout the room. Despite being a female, I had the strength I had as a male. I gripped it as hard as I could swing it. The heavy but sturdy chair slammed against the window, and I thought the glass would shatter. It didn't… A loud thump echoed through the room as the chair bounced back and out of my hands. I fell back on my butt from the force. My breast jiggled, and my legs lay spread eagle.
"Ouch!" I yelled as a searing pain shot up my back. "The fuck?" I shouted.
I quickly stood up and grabbed the chair. Bracing myself, I ran as hard as possible to the window and slammed the sturdy chair into the window. Another loud thump echoed through the room, but I maintained my stance and went in for a third blow. I sat the sturdy chair down and sighed. Even with three forceful strikes, they all had the same effect. These windows were bulletproof. Just my luck to be in a room in a tower with unbreakable windows. I strolled back towards the bed, falling onto it and the lumps of rope. I collected the ropes and wrapped them around me like a blanket. My body lay still in the bed, full of useless cords I made.
"This is hopeless," I whispered. "I'm not getting out of this room without help."
I woke up groggy as the sun was going down. I'd spent all day trying to find a way out. From what I could tell, there was no option but to wait. I sat up, and I gazed out the window.
"Ultimately, I slept for a very long time and fucked around all day. And yet, the sun is just setting? It's true; I'm no longer in Kansas... But where am I? Have I slept all day and all night? They couldn't have been this long, could they? Will the nights be just as long?" I said.
As night fell, the night gloom of the city lit the streets. A new cityscape appeared before me, a sight that was unfamiliar to my eyes. Instead of the artificial light of modern technology, I found an orange tinge lighting the night. Almost like fireplaces or torches illuminated the many buildings. That fact seemed odd to me. 'Did this city not have electricity?' But the fridge must have the power to keep the food and drinks cold. I wasn't sure, as I could only see the tops of the buildings.
On the other hand, the palace I found myself in was lit up more vibrantly than the rest of the city. Yet, there was still an oddness to it. There was no sign of power. From where I stood, I heard no hum from the fridge, and there were no signs of other electronic appliances in my room. Each of the lamps in my room was lit up. They came on as soon as the sun went down, yet no sound came from them. I would not have thought the lamps would have powered. They appeared to be gas lanterns, but they weren't. No sound came from me other than me. In fact, it was so quiet; it was pristine. The more I thought about it, the more this notion baffled me, the more I thought about it. Finally, out of curiosity, I went to the window. I didn't have any reason to, but I noticed something concerning.
The stars… they… they didn't look like any I remembered. I gasped as I saw what I had been debating about. The moon… or moons. I stood with my mouth hung open. Not just one moon rose in the sky, but a trio of moons. 'This can't be. Where the heck am I? Maybe I see things? That's what I told myself, but the truth was staring me in the face. This… was not my world. Have aliens kidnapped me…, or worse?' None of that explained why this place looked like my world. Sure, we could go to most planets in our solar system. But traveling to another star was out of the question. There were rumors we had the tech, but it was being suppressed by some crazy notions.
'How was I getting home now? It didn't matter if I escaped or not. Where the hell would I go? What… did I have to find a damn spaceship and somehow fly it home? And exactly where was this? How would I even find my way home, to begin with? Worst-case scenario, my ass. This is beyond the scope of my survival skills. This is to start your life over from wherever the hell you find yourself.' I fell backward onto the bed. My breasts jiggled as I looked down at them. I wanted to be mad at the softness of the luxurious matters. This was an impossible situation. The thoughts worked through my mind with confusion and fear. The three of us might be trapped together here in this massive castle, or there is the possibility that my brothers are somewhere totally different. I know nothing of what is going on. It felt like the hope was draining from my very being. No… I have to calm down. Somehow, I had gotten here. That meant there was a way home. Even if I couldn't figure it out. There was a way. I just had to find it. No matter how long it took. I will find all of us, and we'll find our way home. My head felt heavy from the startling revelation I had discovered. I closed my eyes for a moment. The next thing I knew, drowsiness swept over me.
Spread eagle on the floor, my hands clasped against my breasts. My mind barely registered the third and final loud knock on the door. 'What the hell just happened? I knew I had fallen asleep on the bed. There was no explanation I could think of for the marks on the door. Had I had a hallucination or a dream, or was I sleepwalking? In my entire life, I have never experienced sleepwalking.' No one slept more than I did. Of the three of us, my dad always said I would sleep through the end of the world. Suddenly, there was a loud fourth knock on the door. A tall elderly woman walked in closely, followed by two others wearing hoods. The first humans I laid my eyes on saw since I got here. I almost burst out in laughter when I realized that would make me look crazy. For all I knew, these people were my captors. Still, those thoughts paled compared to what I had experienced moments before. My unease seemed to ease with her presence. For her age, she was an exquisite woman.
Blue ribbons were braided through her waist-length hair. As I peered into her eyes, I noticed she had the second most breathtaking eyes ever. A stunning blue, yet darker than mine. Besides her large, protruding eyes, she had soft, angled, arched eyebrows flanking her long, oval face. Her face had a small, dainty, narrow nose and firm but confident lips. She had the lushest, plump, heart-shaped lips. My eyes were drawn to her elegant, expensive, sky-blue gown, which concealed her ample breasts. It surprised me that she was barefoot, and I expected her to wear luxurious heels. Her garment hid the rest of her features as well. The two others wore matching blue gowns and were barefoot, too. The hoods were a part of their gowns, which hid their faces. I noticed they were both female by the shape of their physique.
"Oh, my dear Lord! Please compose yourself, my lady! It is not acceptable to expose yourself in such a way. I would appreciate it if you removed your hands from your bosom. As a lady of her stature, you should always act accordingly. Can you imagine what I'd be like if I were a messenger or a council member? You are far too important to conduct yourself in such a manner!" she said in an elegant and formal tone.
For a moment, I just stared at her. The words she spoke, I recognized. I half expected her to talk in some foreign tongue. Instead, she straightened her back and cleared her throat, causing me to answer with an almost knee-jerk reaction. 'W-what?' That's what I wanted to say. These were the only words that came to my mind. Yet no sound came out. My mouth only hung open in disbelief. Then, finally, her eyes seemed to understand my dilemma.
"Dears, please assist your lady in gathering herself. Surely you must be weary from the ritual," she said, signaling the two other females.
They quickly came to my side and covered my new lady parts with a towel they carried. Meanwhile, the other went into the closet I tried to break into, disappearing. The fact that the door opened without a key stunned me. Furthermore, I noticed the door had the same scratch marks.
"Please explain what is happening to me," I yelled, more out of fear than anything else.
"Oh, where are my manners? There are probably a lot of questions on your mind. Your arrival so soon after the ritual surprised us. Please accept my apologies; we were unaware of your presence. All of this can be quite a shock for those unfamiliar with this ritual. Welcome to the Kingdom of Sidra, my lady Aria De La Ysidro!" she said respectfully.
'Did she just say heir to the throne? What the hell is going on? Who are these people?' I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I could tell by the look in her eyes that she was far beyond sincere. Her words hit me like a speeding train. I can't understand what all this means. This was like a scene out of a fairytale.
"Heir, wait a minute. To what throne? Who are you, people? Where am I? This… this is not Earth!" I yelled.
"I'll need to elaborate a bit more. That is true...... your world is different from this one. Our world… Elona, as we call it. This is where you are right now. Using our most powerful magic, we summoned you here. My lady, Aria De La Ysidro, please forgive me. It was a matter of life and death. Our world must have its Royals," she said.
"Huh… Royals? Get the fuck outta of here? My name isn't Aria De La Ysidro. It's… it's… my name is. Hold on for a second… My name is… Hollander, for sure. That's my last name," I said, wondering why I couldn't remember my name.
"It's understandable that you feel that way. Your given name... from your world... is Masha Hollander indeed. So our first step to summon you was to scribe for your presence. However, you are Aria De La Ysidro. The next heir." the old woman said.
"Wait, that isn't right. My name starts with an M…, but it's not Masha! So I'm a guy, a dude, okay!" I said.
"I regret to inform you that this is not the case. Your very being has been altered by powerful magic. That same magic requests you to be a female. However, the three Fated Virgins cannot be males. They must be female. As a result, any Royal chosen as one of the three Fated will become female. Those are the laws of this magic and what it is to be a Prime Royal. The life you lived before was real. You are not dreaming or hallucinating. There is no error in your memory. The rest of the world will now know you as Masha Hollander. While some may have lingering memories, most won't remember what you looked like before the ritual... Yet you would not know this."
'Did she just give me some exposition about magic? Am I supposed to believe this?'
"Magic! What are you talking about? That doesn't even exist. And what do you mean by my world?" I said.
"I'm sure you have realized that this… is not your world. On your eighteenth birthday is when this ritual occurred." she said.
She was correct; I knew this was not Earth. That much I had discovered on my own. "What ritual? I had a birthday party with my brothers!" I said.
"You mean sisters, did you eat an elegant but strange cake?" she said.
Thinking back to that moment, I froze. While I still sat dumbfounded, the other lady returned with a dress for me from the closet. "The cake that we ate. I remember that after I ate it, my mind went blank." I said.
"Ah, you remember. It was that catalyst that activated your magical abilities. It broke the spell hiding your powers and transformed you, teleporting you here." the old woman said.
"I don't understand! So that I… wait… what about my brothers?" I said.
"They are here too. After all, the three of you are triplets. An exceedingly rare occurrence. Just as twins are. It was even a rarer occurrence that your mother was a triplet. This proves your importance to our Kingdom and that you are who we seek. Only the royal bloodline has these traits." I said.
"Look, I still don't know what you are talking about or what you want from me. If my brothers…," I replied, but she cut me off.
"Sisters!" she said.
"Okay, fine, sisters. Can I see them?"
"Of course, you can as soon as you are dressed!" she said.
"By the way, who are you?" I asked.
“My name is Constance De La Ysidro. High priestess and current Regency in the absence of the High Queen. These are your handmaidens. They don't have names, as it is your right to name them. They were bred and groomed since birth to serve you," she revealed.
The two handmaidens helped me into a luxurious light blue double-thigh slit dress. I stood baffled by what this woman had said. 'How was I supposed to react to that?' While I stood awkwardly as they helped me, the feel of the dress was the softest thing I had worn in my life. Although the dress felt comfortable, the slits were very high and came up to my womanhood, revealing my long and slender legs. I liked it, but the issue I had was the practically see-through and skin-tight elastic fabric. The dress would barely cover my thighs with how tiny it was. Due to the length of the dress, only a small loincloth-like strip of material covered my lady parts. I would have to tread carefully and keep the front between my legs. I turned around and eyed myself in the mirror. It scared me how to see through this dress' material and what they expected me to wear. My vagina would basically be on exhibit for all to see. This light blue dress would fit me well and reveal my sizable features. It clung to. They made this dress solely for me, highlighting every curve of my new body. Since they gave me no underwear to go with it, I thought I'd ask.
"Um… excuse me. Is this it? No underwear?" I said.
"I apologize sincerely. You are the heir to the throne. The garment is traditional in the courting of royalty. It is forbidden for one to wear anything other than this. So again, I apologize for this," Constance explained.
'What were these people expecting of me? To get married to some Prince? I had to be dreaming, but something told me this wasn't a dream. All this was all too real.' I was in another world. Just wrapping my head around science… no magic that went into making this a reality was wrecking my mind.
"This is a lot to take in. I don't know if I want all this. I-I'm just a normal guy… oh, a girl… damn it, person. They have thrown my entire world into chaos. I just don't know what to do…," I said.
