They were in the wooden shack Marcy had finished constructing about a month ago (Marcy had been here quite a bit longer than him), eating some of the local fruits.

 

Although Kai was rather suspicious of her at first, it was now clear she was utterly harmless.

Lapras was quite skittish too, initially, but soon warmed up to him with Marcy's help.

He was very glad the first people he met here were friendly!

Right now, they were planning on what to do next, and it turned out Marcy had some lost friends here.

"Yeah... But I'm planning on finding them real soon!

Oh! Maybe you could join me and we could find you a way outta here!"

It sounded like a plan! 

But right now, the sun was setting. Marcy had put down a sleeping bag for him earlier and it was time to use it.

In the morning, they'd set off adventuring to find Marcy's friends and Kai's ticket out of here!

"Ok you four, I have the next objective. There are two dangerous havoc causers going from room to room. I need them brought to me, but I'd appreciate if you made them think you were going to kill them. You good with that?"

They nodded.

Masc never tells us anything about why we're doing the objective.
