with no hesitation and remorse, these huge four feet tall wolves rip anybody to shreds, like a swarm of locusts the dire wolves attack in packs destroying anything that stood in their path, cars and trucks that were made of metal were opened like tin foil by their fang and claws.many individuals started to group themselves and organize their teams to effectively kill the beats one by one they manage this and took whatever they can to be used as a weapon, somewhere lucky enough to have assault rifles in their homes.

sounds of gunfire echo continuously the screams of people can be heard across the street, within their homes, and even in shops all over the place. more people fought this new breed with animals their determination and fear but these emotions even pushed them to fight even more seeing their loved ones die made them face these monsters. during the chaos, many civilians successfully opened their sleeping abilities. they were shocked to feel empowered but it didn't stop them from continuously fighting. they quickly adapt and even had the opportunity to single handily kill one of those dire wolves.

some discharge a huge amount of electricity instantly killing the beats in one hit, others can increase their strength and be able to throw small cars at the wolves. but there was one common ability that was apparent and it was to enhance the weapons they are using. like a particular man using an axe to save his wife and friend could demolish a concrete wall with less effort. the wolves were cut into half every time he would swing it. they each gain different abilities based on the set trigger that they encounter, as soon as they gain some control over what was going on the dire wolves become more irritated because they could feel the sudden change in the prey that it was hunting.

it was unprecedented for the wolves suddenly stop coming out of the forest a few more hours the survivors finally declared that the attack was over each town lost a lot of lives some as big as a thousand deaths and with a heavy heart, an entire town population was reduced to nothing. dead bodies were seen all over the area of attack it was so horrifying and gruesome to see the body parts of their loved ones torn to pieces.

After a day reporters all around the world gathered like flies toward those small towns and bombarded the survivors with so many questions that reluctant o share with the outside world. so much speculation circulated on the world wide web. each of their respective governments tried so hard to control the situation so it won't get international attention.

among those people who the reporters ask were seven people from the Skuleskogen campsite who were able to overcome and survive the assault just to name a few it was Ivan Magnusson, his wife Breta Magnusson, and the rest were unnamed for their reason and safety in the most brutal massacre in the Skuleskogen mountain a total of seventy- nine adults and thirty-five teens were killed eaten and butchered by these wolves. and seventeen were still missing and unaccounted for.

once again all the scientific minds collaborated to give their opinion on what occurred in those areas. sample of the dire wolves' dead remains was taken by the military to be studied and shed some light on where they came from. once again each country that was involved in this attack made sure to control the media from their respective area to minimize the panic that might happen within their territory.

a few new rebellious reporters and vloggers exposed this event and made sure everybody in the world will see what the government was hiding this fact in the eyes of humanity, but nobody cared thinking it was all made up, or a marketing campaign for an upcoming movie. humanity was not ready to accept that there are things in the world you can never explain nor understand so the majority of people will just make themselves believe, that what they need to believe is real.

back at home, Ramiel got tired and ask Mr Tang if he can use his phone to watch videos to pass time, the old man gave it to him as he was busy interacting with all of the Chinese visitors they invited. the young boy accidentally saw a video concerning a monster attack somewhere in Europe the uploader and vlogger insisted that the world was in danger as mutated creatures are starting to emerge all around the world and they are killing people left and right. Ramiel was glued to the video and just sat on the sofa and tried his best to overcome his tired and sleepy eyes from falling asleep. a few more hours went by gradually the people that were at the party went home one by one most of them were already tipsy from drinking and eating too much, and one of them Ms Dolore Tesfaye was doing her best to walk straight as two elderly woman was already holding her by the arm they were guiding her to the door and down the sidewalk and eventually bound to walk with her until she reaches her home. most of the seniors were like Mr and Mrs Liu Chen they were all active in the community where they live.

the elders have the stamina of a horse and the resilience to alcohol, they were tipsy but not as drunk as Ms Dolores and Mrs Mao made sure even before they started the party she made giveaways, as soon as anybody left her residence they would carrying home a container filled with food as a parting gift each of the visitors wave their goodbyes Mr Tang notice the luxury car parked across the street but didn't bother to look into it.

the last person who was still in the house was Guan Yu, after four long hours the two were still talking to each other they didn't even notice that the party was already over and they were the only people still in the kitchen, Mrs. Mao came back into the kitchen and slowly walked behind Guan Yu blowing wind into his ear, this finally broke the trans-like state that was overwhelming his senses, he was surprised and saw his Auntie giving him the eye. Amelia too was appalled when she saw the time. they both laugh and you can see Mrs Mao's face twitching making crazy facial expressions.

"ok ok, you love birds can stop talking and you need to sleep early. and you horny nephew you also go home now."

they ended the party with a bow and a smile from each other, Guan Yu left with a new different approach to life. Amelia saw Ramiel has fallen asleep on the sofa while watching some international vlogger. she took Ramiel in her arms and went up to the guest room for tomorrow morning was her first day at her new work. Grandpa Tang pick up the cell phone that Ramiel was using and just close the video and started the process of cleaning the place with his wife.

It was the early morning of March 1 and Amelia woke up and once again felt excited because it was her first work day in a new career and can finally hope for their life, she kissed Ramiel and woke him up to get prepared to go to class, Grandma Mao was already finished preparing breakfast and begin their day full of energy, Ramiel went down and told Grandma Mao that his mother will join them after a few minutes, Mr Tang was watching the news concerning strange occurrence all around the globe,

Ramiel ask him if they are true, and Mr Tang answered him truthfully, he told him when he was much younger than Ramiel was now he lived in a faraway village in his homeland as a small child he saw many wonderous things in his hometown. Mr Tang's father was their hometown chief so he was always with him going up a particular mountain and told Ramiel there they saw something magical, a huge dragon-like creature was sleeping on top of the largest tree on the mountain. Ramiel's eyes grew big as he anticipated something great will happen. when Grandma Mao place a glass of warm milk in front of Ramiel and said.

"Grandpa Tang would you please drink your tea, Ramiel needs to Finish eating his breakfast, don't let the young boy's fragile mind get stained by your silly tall tales when you were a child."

he smiled and told Ramiel he will tell a story about when he befriended the dragon when he turned ten years old when Amelia sat at the dining table and asked what Mr Tang and him talking about.

Ramiel Just place his hand on his mouth and said nothing and giggled. Amelia knew it was a secret between the two and just kiss her son on the cheeks and said a few months from now you will be turning Five years old. Ramiel was ecstatic to hear that great news, Grandpa Tang and Grandma. Mao heard this and already had a plan in their mind. Ramiel talks to her and asks her to lean down and he whispered in her ear.

"Grandma Mao, can you bake a cake for my next birthday?"

"yes of course you can count on Grandma Mao!"

and place her hand on Ramiels head a gently brush his hair. and told him, are you done eating get your bag and I will be the one to accompany you to Ms Dolores class. while your mother will start her first day in her new job... Ramiel went down from his chair and went to the kitchen sink and took the plates he used and placed them on the sink. and thank the food he was given.

he walks toward the sofa in the other room and took his bag and went back to the kitchen and grab Mrs Mao's hand and said time to go grandma. Mrs Mao just took off her apron and wash her hand and wipe it dry. and told Amelia not to worry and just work hard and that she and Mr Tang will take care of everything.

after cleaning up and making sure she was mentally and physically ready to face her new challenge in life she said her goodbyes and kiss Ramiel and said wish her Good Luck the three went out and walk until they reach Ms Dolores school. Amelia travelled back to the city for ten days everything in their life went on like clockwork, there were instances Amelia went home looking tired but with a sense of pride and fulfilment in her eyes.
