And it did, in the morning Ash asked them to stay for another week, some could but some can't.

And after the first week went by, it was just Kenneth, grandma, mum and dad.

 They were helping to pack up some of their things and do some chores, not all things have to be done by the maidens here even though some insist.

After helping and saying their goodbyes, Ash and Owen rest in Ash's room. While grandma and the others are resting in theirs.

"Fair enough." Ash whispered to himself.

"What?" Owen overheard.

"Nothing, nothing. I'm just happy that some of your family members could stay."

"Well, I guess you may see them more often after this month." 

'Oh yea… after this month…' Ash thought to himself, 'after the month is over, do I just get married for real or a prank?' 

"You're thinking if we are getting married for real right?" Owen 

"How'd you know?" 

"With that look on your face, I can tell."

"Yea, about it… is it really going to happen?" Ash sat next to Owen in his room.

"Nah, not really. You'll be starting to pay rent for living here for a month already." 

"Anyways, do you even have a job?" 

"I…uh.. actually do. But it's a night shift." Ash stuttered, what would happen if Owen found out the truth?

"Oh.. Did you take a long leave?" 

"Y..yea! I actually did. I had some problems with money and family so it was hard for things to sort out and…" straight to the point, Ash lied, he was looking everywhere except at Owen.

Of course Owen knew he didn't want to say anything.

"Well, I hope things are going well for you. I hope it will get better for you." Owen kissed Ash's head.

Ash looked at him.

"What? " Owen asked.

"You kissed me…" 

"I did it once, I can do it twice." 

"Eh…" Ash was red as a tomato, which made Owen laugh a bit.

Owen stood up, going out of Ash's room before closing the door behind him.

After the door closed, Ash hurriedly grabbed his phone and checked the latest news. Any new kidnappings? New murders? 

He kept searching until it was night.

The door knocked. Ash quickly hid his phone. It opened and it was Mei, she had a plate in her hands.

"Hey Ash, you didn’t come down and eat. So Sir Owen saved a plate for you and wanted to remind you to lock your door."  Mei said as she gave the plate to Ash. "Mr Owen is quite busy now, he said to only call him if it's really urgent" 

"Oh, okay. Thanks Mei, sorry for making you come here and bring me food." 

"No problem! Since it's my job to serve my boss and his partner." Mei smiled happily before running out the door giggling.

"I don't even wanna know" Ash whispered to himself.

"Lock the door." He repeated to himself.

'Why lock the door?' He thought. 

Then he suddenly remembered when he got kidnapped.

'Who were they?' Ash kept thinking before he saw a light outside.

"Owen?" He said looking outside of the window.

Where is Owen going? Is he finding those people?

'Should I follow him?' Ash was hesitant, not knowing what will happen, will Owen be in trouble, or will I be in trouble?

"Agh, I'll just follow him half way." Ash grunted, he picked up his knife and locked the door as he opened the window.

He climbed out, that was the most regretful thing he did.

There was no equipment. He jumped.

"Oh my God, I'm gonna die soon enough." Ash mumbled.

He checked for Owen.

Owen was still there??? He was looking through the windshield.

"Ah shit… he caught me." Ash stood up.

Owen walked out of the car, "What are you doing?" He grabbed Ash. 

"Hi..?" Ash tried to calm things down a bit.

"HI?? YOU LITERALLY JUMPED OUT OF THE WINDOW!!" Owen shouted.

"I know, I know. I just wanted to help you." 

"Help me? What are you saying?" 

"Aren't you going out doing something again that has included fighting?" Ash was confused.

Owen looked at Ash, "Technically yes, training." 

"Training?" Ash asked.

"Yes, every night or some nights. I go training." 

"What about closing the door thing?"

"Critters, you never know when they can come in." 

"What about me getting kidnapped?" 

"That, I don't know. But those people are now behind bars." 

"Oh… then can I train with you?" 

"Uhm.. sure." Owen put a hand on Ash's shoulder. 

They both sat in the car and Owen started driving.

"Are you really busy with training?" Ash looked at Owen.

"Well, I don't like distractions."

"You're a mafia." Ash mumbled.

"What?" Owen looked back at Ash.

"You are a Mafia." Ash said it clearly. 

"Yes, you are right." Owen started driving again at the green light.

Soon they reached their destination, it wasn't a really big place it was average. There were people inside of it. Ash could recognize a few of them.

"Milan?" Ash pushed the door before tripping on a step.

"HAHAHA" Owen laughed loudly before helping Ash up.

They both walked into the gym. 

Milan was there with Maurie, and a lot more people. 

“These all are your guards?” Ash asked. OWen nodded in response. 

Milan saw Ash and quickly hugged him. Ash hugged back. 

“Long time. But why are you here? It’s only for us.” Milan asked.

“He’s with me,” Owen replied.

“B-boss!” Milan shouted. 

Everyone stopped at what they were doing and bowed at Owen.

Owen sighed, “I told you all that you dont need to do this to me.”  Ash giggled.

“Oh yeah. HEY EVERYONE! THIS IS BOSS’S LOVER!” Milan shouted to everyone while hugging Ash.

“WHAT?!” Ash shouted back. 

“Are you not? Cause Mei told me you both were.” 

Owen walked away to train, and Ash followed.
