Suddenly, the calm, peaceful, and gentle scenery turned wild, chaotic, and rough out of nowhere. Dark clouds rolled in, throwing bolts of lightning and negativity from the clouds. Fog crept in, covering the ground in a thick, deadly mist, as a sinister voice echoed through the scenery, "Asukem!"

Amid a changing landscape, a monstrous creature loomed. The monster was hunching over in a humanoid body waiting at the entrance of the town, with small spines visible on its back. Its arms hung down as if they were weightless, emitting shadow-like steam and featuring claw-like appendages made of the void.

Four horns protrude from its forehead and curve towards the back of its head. Its face shows no emotions, and its eyes are narrow, glowing with a sinister red color. The monster has pointy ears and sharp teeth made of the void. Its mouth stretches from ear to ear. It also possesses a tail resembling a lizard's tail, thrashing around menacingly.

The monster stood there, staring at the ground. Its legs were the only humanoid feature, producing shadow-like steam. As the demon approached Asukem and the townspeople, it left shadowy footprints.

The monster slowly lifted its head and tilted it, giving Asukem a sinister glare. It growled, "Getting too cozy with these bags of flesh will upset the mistress!"

The demon lifts its arms to the side as two portals from the void appear. It bellows in rage, its eyes widen, and a powerful wave of fear overcomes the villagers, making them freeze in fear, unable to move.

"I will not allow you to upset my future wife!"

Asukem unsheathed his sword and assumed a fighting stance, prepared for any danger that might arise. Two shadowy figures emerged from the portals, looking like soulless beings devoid of emotion. The demon narrowed its eyes, giving Asukem and the townspeople a menacing glare. It spoke calmly at first but ended with a fierce roar of anger and hatred, commanding the shadows, "Kill them! Kill them all!"

The soulless beings rush toward Asukem like mindless puppets, as if they were not the ones controlling their bodies. As they charge, you hear nothing, no warcry or even footsteps from the shadowy beings. They passed Asukem without interest in him; they were after the townsfolk. Asukem quickly turned around, tempted to stop them. Asukem's face of worry and concern turned to a smirk and cockiness.

Two shadow-like beings swung down at Franklin, but he stood his ground and blocked their attacks. Asukem momentarily forgot that Franklin was his teacher and didn't need his help. Franklin pushed back against the two mindless puppets of shadow, overpowering them.

After the shadow beings were left staggered and stunned, Franklin seized the opportunity to strike back. He swiftly swung his sword, cutting through one shadow puppet and slicing it in two. He then attacked the other with the same graceful and furious style, driven by his desire to protect. The demon's puppets disintegrated into a shadowy mist, and Franklin yelled at Asukem, "Don't worry about us. Focus on what you have to do!"

Franklin looked up at Asukem with a look of trust, but his expression quickly changed to fear. Franklin tried to say something, but all that Asukem could hear was a whisper of rage and anger: "You shouldn't have turned your back on me, you love wrecker!" The whisper was from the demon, right next to Asukem's ear.

Asukem suddenly turned around, looking startled. The demon attacked him with a mighty claw strike, leaving a deep scratch on Asukem's left eye. Blood started dripping from the wound as Asukem covered his injured eye with his demonic arm. He growled in pain, "You shouldn't have done that!"

Asukem swung his demonic claw, delivering a backhanded blow to the creature. The creature was knocked down but quickly rolled backward and got back on its feet. The demon roared with anger and rage, "You will pay for causing the mistress to forget about me!"

Asukem's demonic arm shook with anger while a negative aura surrounded it. Blood dripped from his face, staining his white hair. "I figured it out. You're that stupid, lovesick freak that killed my little sister!"

Asukem encountered a demon who appeared to be the guard responsible for killing Isabella. Upon hearing this news, he callously remarked, "That worthless pest deserved to die!"

Asukem's eyes narrowed in anger, intensifying into a deadly glare. He slowly advanced towards the demonic guard, then suddenly charged at him with a furious rage. Asukem swung his demonic arm and followed through with his sword, aiming to strike the guard. The demonic guard effortlessly dodged Asukem's attacks, his strikes landing while Asukem failed to land a single blow. Blood splattered as the guard's claw sliced through his skin like butter, dripping down his body.

Bloodstained Asukem's long white hair hung limp as he staggered, fighting against the pain of the attacks. His vision blurred, and his breathing became labored as fatigue set in. However, the guard showed no signs of fatigue as he relentlessly struck Asukem, leaving him with multiple cuts.

The ground around Asukem turned into mud as his blood dripped. Asukem almost lost consciousness when he displayed the initial symptoms of weakness. He struggled to stay awake as his arms and legs grew heavy.

He was about to give in until he heard Ah'keim snapping at him, "For the sake of all that is unforgiving! Asukem! Don't you dare give in! Think, idiot, think about your family, think about the townsfolk!"

Asukem had a vivid imagination of the townspeople and his family being brutally killed. He almost gave up and fell forward, but he caught himself by placing his foot in front of him. He then glared at the corrupt guard.

A sinister red glow formed in his eye and moved with him. Asukem held on to his demonic arm with his human hand as he began to roar in primal rage, and blood dripped from him, but his wounds healed. The negative energies surrounding his demonic arm and his fingernails started to glow purplish.

Asukem's demonic arm began to emit a sinister red glow, which seemed to follow him as he moved. He held on to it tightly with his human hand as he let out a primal roar, causing blood to drip from his wounds. Despite the injuries, they quickly healed. Meanwhile, the negative energies surrounding his demonic arm and fingernails emulated a purplish glow.

With the last energy, Asukem points his demonic arm at the Demonic guard. Thin purple needles shot out of his fingernails. That guard barely dodged them, but each needle scraped against the guard's skin. In a matter of seconds, the guard hit the ground in agony, and poisonous foam formed from his mouth, and he began to shake uncontrollably.

Asukem fell to his knees and then onto the ground, which was stained with his blood. Before Asukem lost consciousness, he said, "Take that, you lovesick freak."

Franklin and the villagers rushed towards Asukem and took him to a nearby house to provide medical aid. As Asukem recuperated, the townspeople planned a celebration to commemorate the defeat of the terrifying creatures that had threatened their village. Following the victory, the village inhabitants decided to establish a new town named New Kimbra.

It got a bit worrying there for a minute for Asukem but I'm glad it ended well. More so that the villagers extended their welcome now too.
