The story begins with Snowy, now with a bleeding face and mouth, scratching at the floor with her hands inside a room in the Laboratory. Snowy has to keep digging with her barehands, even if she's causing herself to bleed. Snowy begins to lose hope and starts to cry. The inside of the floor shows dead blobs of flesh

After several hours are broken and a long tunnel is made, Snowy reaches what appears to be an exit, pale black light shinning through the tunnel wall. The girl breaks through it only to end up in another room, peeking up through the hole she created. She finds another little boy, named Kai. Kai freaks out, but Snowy calms him down. Snowy spots the cell bars are opened, but Kai is too afraid of what's out there. Snowy holds the boy's hand and they leave together.

The 2 children walks slowly into the upside down hallway. While the 2 kids ventures toward their freedom, Kai feels a sharp presence above them. Kai feels blood dripping on his head. He and Snowy turn around to see the Scientist standing over them. The Scientist holds a hacksaw and knife in his hands.

Kai and Snowy quickly run for their lives as The Scientist frantically chases them down the halls. They get to an elevator and the doors shut on The Scientist. Snowy sees that the elevator is broken. They exit though the ceiling and decide to climb up the ropes. Upon being so high up, they see Blue, Zarah, Kane, and Stellar climbing the stair abyss in the distance. They watch as they fail the last jump and fall into the abyss beneath. Kai whimpers watching them fall, but Snowy looks down and sees The Scientist crawling upwards to catch them.

Snowy and Kai climb faster up the shaft until they reach the top. They reach the inside of the ceiling. Snowy finds an old pair of scissors and quickly cuts the shaft's ropes, which whips The Scientist's eyes, causing him to lose his grip. Snowy watches as The Scientist falls into the abyss. Snowy and Kai crawl faster until they see a vent that leads to the outside. They fall down the vent and land in the streets of The Carnage. Snowy and Kai see they are standing behind a horde of Fleshy citizens and children.
