Snowy and Kai turn the other way and climb onto the roof of a broken car. They watch as the mindless zombified citizens wander aimlessly. Thankfully they don't seem to notice the 2 kids. The 2 sneak down a long ally way and find a damaged playground with Flesh Kids bullying a little girl named Nine. The Flesh Kids begin pushing and shoving her around. Nine falls next to a stick and smashes one of the kid's heads. The other Flesh Kids get the same treatment, but most of them manage to flee.

Snowy and Kai calmly approach the girl, asking for help. Nine, scared at first, offers them help. They find themselves in the inner parts of The Carnage. They sneak around the zombified flesh citizens for a while until one of them spots Snowy. The kids run to an old bus station and hide inside the bus. The Flesh Citizens bang on the doors and windows. Kai starts to pray, until the meowing of 2 stray cats attracts the heard. One of them is caught in a bear trap. Unable to free themselves quickly enough, the cats are overwhelmed by their numbers and devoured. Nine cries for the 2 cats while Snowy and Kai open the back exit to the bus and the 3 make a run for it. 

Meanehile, Kaizo is attempting to grab some food from some trash. The trash starts to rattle, and Kaizo looks down onto a few Citizens eating a dead cat just outside the allyway. The child then attempts to sneak past them and heads towards a nearby window, and soon spot a bloody, broken cage. Following the blood trails to a car, Kaizo finds a bloody baby. The girl picks up the baby and carries it with him to the window. The baby has a huge bite mark near his stomach area.

Kaizo tries wrapping bandages to stop the bleeding. Just before the child tries to make their exit, she realize that the baby had died in her arms and that there was a horde of Citizens inside the building the window connects to. Kaizo then lays the baby down and runs around the corner to find Snowy, Kai, and Nine running away. Kaizo turns around to see a horde of Citizens reaching out for her.

Snowy looks over and screams for the child's safetly. Kaizo makes it over to Snowy and they enter a nearby factory building as they escape the horde of citizens behind them. Snowy quickly slams the window shut. The Kids find themselves in a bloody fleshy factory that houses multiple body bags, piles of flesh, and a giant machine.
