Poem#07:

        

                       Loyalty On Soar

They were like delicate moonflowers, faithfully upholding, 

The sacred decree of God, while gently unfolding, 

You brutally crushed them under your bloodless feet, 

Not knowing they were silent owing to their pledged feat, 

Then you plucked them out, just to hear their sobbing plea, 

Softly, they kept smiling, valuing fidelity in their pristine sea, 

They were the chosen ones, destined to fulfill the prophecy, 

While your iniquity couldn't flinch them from this odyssey, 

They shed their blood gladly to honor the will of God, 

But you insolents thought it was a deliberate act of fraud, 

Oh God, grant me the inimitable power of your unyielding sword, 

So that I could tear the very thread of their brazen chord.
