Kigai taunted, his laughter echoing in the tumultuous atmosphere.

Frustration etched across Mamoru's face, they retorted, 

"I am more than you can even be."

Kigai's anger flared, and the battle reached new heights as both warriors, fueled by intense emotions, unleashed their powers. The vacuum expanded further, causing fear among the spectators who watched in awe and terror.

Amidst the destruction, the elders of Shinpi debated the situation.

"This is too dangerous; we must stop this," one elder insisted.

"No, we need to see this through to the end," another elder countered.

Makoto, unable to bear the escalating danger, rushed towards the elders, pushing aside Jin, who tried to stop her. She confronted the elders, expressing her frustration and concern for the people's safety.

"What are you old fools doing? Are you trying to endanger your own people?" 

Makoto's voice echoed in the chaos.

As the elders hesitated in their decision, a giant laser of light descended from the sky, targeting both Kigai and Mamoru. Kigai, seizing the opportunity, gained the upper hand and taunted Mamoru, 

"See you later," before disappearing.

The laser struck Mamoru with overwhelming force, causing excruciating pain. The entire tournament ring was obliterated, leaving behind a giant crater. Mamoru lay unconscious in the aftermath, and Kigai was nowhere to be found.

As the people witnessing this catastrophic event grappled with shock, the elders and Makoto were left to confront the aftermath of a battle that had pushed the limits of their understanding and threatened the very fabric of Shinpi.

In the aftermath of the devastating laser attack, Makoto, overwhelmed with grief, began to cry, believing that Mamoru had lost his life in the destructive clash. Jin, conflicted and torn by emotions, joined others in descending into the crater to retrieve Mamoru's body.

As Jin carefully checked Mamoru's seemingly lifeless form, a glimmer of hope emerged. Mamoru was still alive. Overwhelmed with relief, Jin couldn't contain his emotions, and tears streamed down his face.

"Makoto, don't cry. Our friend is still alive," 

Jin reassured, his voice filled with a mix of relief and gratitude.

Makoto, experiencing a surge of relief, cried even harder, her tears now fueled by joy. She embraced Jin tightly, finding solace in the knowledge that Mamoru had survived the seemingly fatal attack.

Jin, wiping away his tears, managed a smile and said, 

"Damm, my friend, you have the luck of the gods." 

The emotional rollercoaster had taken its toll, but amidst the devastation, a sense of gratitude and hope prevailed as they realized Mamoru had defied the odds and survived the catastrophic event.

The elders, shaken by the unprecedented events, regrouped to discuss the situation.

"What do you think this was about?" the main elder questioned, a sense of conflict evident in his voice.

"I don't know, but this has never happened before," another elder replied, uncertainty clouding their understanding.

Suddenly, a mysterious voice echoed from behind the elders, sending shivers down their spines.

"Something you'll never understand," Kigai declared, stepping into the light.

Before anyone could react, Kigai swiftly silenced the main elder, snapping their neck in a horrifying display of power.

"What are you doing?" gasped the remaining elders, terror and confusion etched across their faces.

"Where is the flute, you piece of human garbage?" 

Kigai growled, his tone menacing as he kicked the lifeless elder's body. The air hung heavy with fear and tension as Kigai's ruthless pursuit of his objective unfolded, leaving the elders and the entire village of Shinpi in a state of shock and vulnerability.
