We’re walking for the past 4 hours, when we’re starting to get tired I heard a sound that sounds horrific, I even bother to stop Narcissa and Ali from walking because of this sound. Just as I thought a monster I coming to us, my stomach let out a big sound that sounds just like a groaning animal. I haven’t eat anything since I defrosted. Narcissa fall in laugher, and even Ali smiled. “We’re sorry, we should’ve handed you a few foods before our journey. Said Narcissa while handling me a few breads “we’re going to take a rest here” said Ali. I sit down and begin to unwrapping the breads from it’s package.

“So, how did you learn to use Magic?” Ask me with my mouth full. Surely it will come in handy, maybe i could find Oliver and Calvin with that.

“Our power Is a form of manifestation, mana is an extremely magical being.” Narcissa passed her water bottle to me. “Some people believe that they understand your wish and grow stronger alongside your will.” Said Ali. "Mana is the source of power infused in our blood, people from the The 1st Cycle of Defrosting learnt that they can manifest power by using this misterious energy in our blood." Said Narcissa "In the conclusion, the mana itself is a part of us, it's not something that strange despite the supranatural vibe." 

I kept chewing on the delicious buns. It’s the first food I ever eat after a long time. My stomach isn't lying when it's making a sound. 

“The moment you picked what kind of magic you are to going to use or make, mana is already bonded to you.” explained Ali. "Furthermore you have to remember this thing, it's not only you that choose them, the mana itself have the authority to make choices. If your body isn't compatible they may cause a significant reaction that are harmful." 

"I.. defrosted in a really cold area.. Everyone was confused and cold while being surrounded by a really annoying monsters. They're like those fairies in the fairytale, just not as friendly as you think. Those who are willing to survive still fightback and in that moment we awoken our power." 

“Another example is me.” Said Narcissa  “I defrosted right inside of a cave, the giant spiders's nest..."

"The 5th Cycle of Defrosting, a year ago" I listen carefully while handing Ali some of the delicious buns.

 Narcissa continue "I was confused back then, right after i get out of the cocoon i see humans being chewed by a giant insects, Where am i? Why i'm surrounded by giant spiders? How did i survive the catasthrope? I have so many questions in my mind. Even so, my instinct told me to run."

"My leg still feels a bit numb, i can't feel them, probably because i've been inside of an ice cocoon for a long time... while i tried my best to stand up, i could see the view of humans getting eaten, ripped or being wrapped alive. 

"In a distance i could a spider that are watching silently, it watched me hitting and pinching my own legs, maybe it knew that i'm the easiest prey since it didn't need to compete with other spiders to eat.

"I was shouting at myself to run but my legs is still shaky, i barely can walk."

"i pinched my own legs, hitting it will all my strength with a hope that i can get rid of the numbness. At that time, i saw the smaller sized spider coming towards me, It's the spider that had been watching me. It's clearer that the spider is smaller than the others."

"Even though they are smaller, it was still bigger than me. While the giant one is the size of a house. So i'm sure that i'm in trouble if i didn't make a move" 

"But still... my body was frozen by fear, i hitted my feet harder in a hope i could regain the control to run."

Narcissa's POV (The 5th Cycle of Defrosting) a year ago

Please! Let me run! i pinched my legs harder as the spider is getting closer to me. I can't die here.

Where am i? How did i ended up here? I started to be able to feel my legs, it's bruised after all of those effort trying to make me feel my legs. I tried to walk with my shaky feet slowly towards the light which i suppose is the way out. The spider walked fasted with its eight feet. The spider shot a hot and thick web to one of my leg, i fell.

I'm screwed.

The spider is catching up to me real quick, i could see its satisfied face. The spider stomp my right foot with its sharp legs i scream loudly, i see its eyes that are glowing red it bit my shoulder, reflectly i grab a stone that are as big as my palm and hit its head.. It made it angrier and bit me harder.

Hit it harder! Don't lose!

I hit it even harder and faster, i put all my strength to hit the spider. Its finally letting me go and rolled to my side, i tried to stand up and step back, but i can't feel my leg it's the moment i realized that my leg are gone. 

I noticed there are other people too, we are running like an ants from human's feet... scared and confused my heart was beating really fast. 

I put my focus on the thing in front of me. i could see its head bleeding due to my hit with rock. This is my chance to run, its the only chance left. 

"Fuck off b*tch!" Even though i'm on the edge of dying.... i felt really light and powerful, i thought it was because of adrenaline but i started to notice my shoulder and legs didn't hurt anymore. Confused, but i can't take my eyes off this thing that are trying to ate me, i keep looking back while trying to flee with a crippled leg. 

The spider jumped suddenly, I tried to hit its head but i thought i was late. in a moment a zapping sound could be heard, My body tingles and hot, in the moment i saw my severed leg is starting to form again as i move my hand really fast and  threw the rock right to its face. My hair looks like it's floating slowly followed by goosebumps all over my body. A thunder could be heard...  maybe it was raining outside. Before the spider can get up again, a lightning Struck down, penetrating the cave's ceiling and blew up the spider. Water comes from the hole, it was really raining outside... i turned my gaze to other people behind me, A guy teared one of the giant spider's leg with its bare hands, another girl made a glowing barrier that prevented the person to be hitted by another spider leg, and there is this long-eared guy that jumped and touched one of the giant spiders head, suddenly a big stalacmites pierced the spider head. the light from the barier illuminated the whole cave, i looked at my reflection at one of the stalacmites. I noticed that my appearance changed... My ears are long like bunny and my eyes are glowing gold. I noticed that there are people with different features too. The girl that made the glowing barier has tails, paws and ears of a cat.

In a moment more giant spiders are coming, it's really hard to fight them at their own nest, it was not even possible to fight back anymore since there are too many of them and we lose a lot of people already. 

"There are too many of them!" Said the girl as she made another barrier to protect the long-eared guy, she looks exhausted. 

"Behind you!" Shouted the strong guy, a smaller spider was crouching quitely behind the girl, and jumped towards her back, He pushed her and punched the smaller spider. "Are you ok-" A giant spider stomped its leg to the guy's back, He fell to the ground and a few smaller spider bit his arms. 

The girl tried to made another glowing barier but a giant spider threw her to the cave wall and left her unconscious

"Watch out!"  The long-eared guy managed dodged the giant spider's stomp. He tried help but a lot of giant spiders are on his way. He's trapped. 

The attack of giant spider's leg caused the cave to shake, A big sound from inside of this cave could be heard. This cave is going to collapse soon.

"Everyone get out!" Said the long-eared guy. My vision widened, i could hear my heart race, 

Me and the long-eared guy made an eye contact even though we're pretty far, i could hear exactly what he said. 

"You have to fight back." Then a giant leg struck his back. 

I'm shivering, what should i do?... the cave is collapsing, but no one succesfully made it out

I am trembling...

Full of doubt, i took one of the fallen stalactites, the stone that grow at the ceiling of a cave. People's scream turned into silent... the only sound that i could heard is the sound of a rain. I threw the stalactites, a zapping sound could be heard, followed with the sound of a thunder. A lightning come out of it, electrocuting the spiders that are attacking the long-eared guy. 

Again..

I took another stone.. and dashes toward the unconscious girl, right before a spider bit her head, i threw a rock at its stomach and blew it up. I've seen there are people that made it out of the cave.

Again!

I dashed to the strong guy as fast as the possible i felt really light, a zapping sound could be heard, this time without a stalactites, my eyes glowed and kick spiders that are attacking the strong guy. The spiders hitted the wall and and the cave shakes more. I put the big guy on my shoulder. Right before the cave collapsed above us, i raised my hand...

The very loud thunder could be heard as i dashed forward to the way out in the last moment...
