500 years have passed

The crunch of snow on a colds morning day reverberated through the air

The dense trees devoid of life

The feeling of snow falling down upon your shoulders

4 men have trekked their way through the snow each equipped with crossbows and fur armor fitting for the occasion

"Cmon if we find her we'll be rich"(man c)

They seemed to all have been hunting someone down

"Can we shoot on sight captain"(man D)
"The poster said dead or alive dumbass now keep looking"(man A)
"Hey I heard she's hot as hell maybe we can go for a few rounds befo-" (man C)
"Dude she's like 15"(man B)
"Will you both shut up and look for her" (Man A)

Crunch*

All of the men looked towards the direction of the sound of movement and there emerged

"Oh it's just a deer"(man B)
"I don't know why I got so scared it's just a little b-"
(Man C)

Before he could finish his sentence multiple shards of ice had shot him in his privates almost immediately killing him and dealing a lot of psychological trauma at the same time

"AAGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!"

"Take out your shields we're dealing with a mage!"(Man A)

On a tree 5 meters away was a girl with long white rough hair and red eyes. Her face had been covered with dirt and her clothes seemed to be disheveled in stark contrast to a crystal staff she was equipped with.

Her deep red eyes seemed to be as dark as blood were filled with annoyance and joy at the same time

Her cover was now blown and her position was revealed

"That's one idiot down, 3 more to go"

She pointed her staff towards another target creating a rather large ice blue magic circle that contained rather intricate patterns upon it.

An ice shard around the size of an arrow formed and was launched immediately before they had too much time too react

The three remaining men had raised their shield in the direction of the previous attack and had spotted her

"There she i-"

Before he could finish his sentence and arrow of ice had flew into his abdomen

The 2 men pointed their crossbows at the young
Launching 2 bolts in her direction

"Oh god they're even sending amateurs now"

The young girl made a small gust swaying the bolts from their original path and had started to cast another spell

"Glacies Ventus"

A storm of ice had enveloped the two remaining men in a hurricane of deadly ice shards taking them out as well

The aftermath left the surrounding trees with holes due to the magic that had been cast

The young girl put on her hood and jumped down from the tree and had started to travel through a winter wasteland once more

"Ugh damn it the found me already this is already like the 16th group of guys don't they get bored"

After traveling for a while the storm had started to kick up once more into a more intense snow storm

'Good that'll cover up the tracks'

The young girl looked down at her hand and more specifically a ring she had on. It was a gold ring with a blue diamond placed into the direct center. The ring had an engraved symbol of one of the heroes from old legends Tora the savior

The blue diamond shined a radiant white light and when she had opened her eyes opened she found herself in a small wood cabin being around 12 squared feet. In the center of the room was a rather large white egg and had contained a dresser, cabinet, bed, desk and chair

The roof was a see through dome similar in shape to the rings diamond, but the roof was covered with snow

"Because of those people I couldn't gather that much food this time either"

She took out a small bag containing a meager dried beef and vegetables and laid them out on the table

'I could last for 2 more days at most'

She started to eat slowly and carefully making sure to leave no waste. after being satisfied with her meal she walked up towards the egg picking it up and had went to take a nap. She held the egg as if it were a body pillow on her bed

"Why was this dads greatest treasure, it's just a dumb egg that won't hatch"

The girl had started to mope looking at the egg and closed her eyes

Crack Crack*

"Wait what"

Crack crack*

"Oh my god it's happening"

The girl had jumped out of bed and started to stare at the egg while it was cracking intently. 30 minutes had past since the last crack and it was even worse than watching paint dry

And almost like a lightbulb popping up over her head the girl had an idea an ran towards her desk cabinet and started scurrying around taking out a piece of paper

"Ok so when the egg is about to hatch, shred a drop of blood upon it to awaken"

The girl took a small knife and pricked her finger
And with a single drop of blood it had started to seep through the cracks turning into a similar blood red

The egg started to shine with an insignia in the shape of a dragon and soon had been fully cracked

Out of the eggshells came a small dragon with white scales and the same red blood eyes that she had

It was 3 feet long and 1 and a half feet tall with silver like wings in the shape reminiscent of crescent moons.

A dragon had appeared, a race that went extinct 500 years ago
