Once upon a time, Shia was a wandering nameless vampire, a rare breed of vampire that could walk in the sunlight and had no need of a coffin. He roamed the land, searching for sustenance and shelter. Shia the Vampire’s ability to survive the daylight is his unique powers. He was born with the ability to control his own physiology, allowing him to manipulate his cells to be resistant to the UV radiation of the sun. This could explain why he is able to withstand the sun’s rays, while other vampires cannot.
However, Shia's journey came to an abrupt end when he encountered the Royal family. In a battle between Shia and the Royal family, Shia was ultimately defeated. Rather than killing him, however, the Royal's decided to offer him a chance at redemption. They offered him a job to become their loyal butler, never to cause them harm again.
"Choose vampire, whether I kill you here or serve our family" The Queen asked.
"I humbly accept my Queen, for I have to live to atone for my sins and to find the culprit that killed my wife" Shia answered.
Shia's wife is a mere human and was killed by his own race because Shia is different and they will not allow his kind to increase but they couldn't kill Shia because of his strength so they took the life of his wife instead. The royal family searched for the killer of Shia's wife, they caught 12 vampires and they let Shia decide whether to live or kill the vampires they caught who killed his wife. The royal's did not interfere with Shia's decision.
Shia's past as a wandering vampire is a distant memory now, and his new role as a butler has allowed him to find a place in the world. He is now an integral part of the Royal family and has established himself as a loyal and trustworthy servant and that royal family are the Blackheart, Geo's family.
His story proves that no matter how dark one's past may be, there is always a chance at redemption and a new beginning.
The sun beat down on Shia's back as he continued his journey, his feet blistered and his throat parched. He eventually came across a village nestled in the hills.
Shia cautiously approached the village, and was met by a group of wary villagers. He asked them where the capital was, and they were surprised by his question. They had been living in the village for many years, and had never heard of a capital.
