Calypso, Leo and Eros went back to the Hermes cabin to gather their stuff; their sleeping bags, their burnt pillows and Eros’ blanket. They went to their separate cabins and went to bed. In the morning, Calypso woke up breathing heavily and quickly.
She raced to get dressed into her burnt clothes and started to cry. ‘I d-don’t h-h-have d-d-d-different c-c-clothes………’ she wailed.
h-h-have d-d-d-different c-c-clothes………’ she wailed. ‘Hey, don’t cry. I will let you have some of mine, I was going to give them away anyway.’ sympathised a daughter of Apollo.
The girl introduced herself as Sunny.
‘That explains a lot about your personality,’ sniffed Calypso ‘Thank you for the clothes Sunny.’ she said.
Calypso gazed adoringly at the light pink lace dress and light pink jacket laid out in front of her.
‘Thank you.’ she whispered lovingly.
‘No problem.’ replied Sunny, ‘I was going to give them to the daughters of Aphrodite anyway, you are a better cause.’
Suddenly they heard an animal scream, they jumped to get dressed quickly and raced outside to find an injured pegasus. It wasn’t one of the camp's pegasi, so it came to quite a shock, then they had another shock because they noticed a boy around their age crouching down beside the pegasus.
‘Hello,’ he said simply, ‘could you help me please?’
‘Okay, but two questions first, what’s your pegasi’s name? And why are you here?’ Calypso questioned.
‘My pegasi’s name is Atlas and I am here because I am half-blood.’ He answered.
‘Wait, I forgot to ask, what’s your name?’ Calypso quickly responded as he knelt down next to Atlas.
The boy looked over his shoulder ‘My name is Frank. Frank Zhang.’ he muttered. ‘Now will you help my pegasus or not?’
