Lila wasn't sure what or where Othegon Alley was. But was amazed by how magical — well... how magic can honestly be. And she was relieved that the sender had accepted her written letter with a charmed envelope. And somewhat feared that the school wouldn't be able to understand what she had written. And was quite happy to retrieve a stamped copy of her letter, as hopes she will keep it as a memento. The letter continued on what it had to say:
"And further notice, I placed a whistle inside the harness of the Oasel. Simply ask the Oasel to hand you the whistle from its satchel. With it, you can call upon this or any Oasel, to have your letters received and delivered. Or for either weasel or owl. Depending on which setting you set it on. Do not worry, once you have your own 'Pomegranate uPhone'. You will be able to install the whistle as an app or have it physically with you at all times; the choice is yours."
Lila cocked her head to the side, as well as raised an eyebrow. She understood what a whistle was, and use it to call an Oasel or switch the whistle settings to call other critters. But was mostly confused by what the paper bird said after. "A what... phone??? And what in the world is an app???" Was what she said, she knew what a phone was, but had no idea what a uPhone was as well as an app. She pulls out the whistle that Deborah had mentioned in his paper bird. Which looked like a small golden flute, with white engraved drawings of a weasel, owl on the rotating black switch handle of the whistle. As well as a neckline tide to the whistle, for her to put around her neck. Then out of nowhere, the pocket of the Oasel's satchel started to glow for a brief second. Where the Oasel then takes out another letter:
"Oh! I'm terribly sorry. I'm probably making things sound so complicated and confusing for you.
I apologize, I forget that you live among other mickles, and don't know about our advanced technology. But don't worry. Soon you will learn and understand about the technology that we use here, as well as other things that you will need for Oasel Academy. But for now, use the whistle to call upon this Oasel, and have them deliver your letters. (Be careful — she's rather a foodie and will try to munch people's food.) In case of emergencies; immediately deliver a letter to the Oasel of something threatening as well as life threatening — and label it as Urgent, Help, and/or Emergency.
P.S. Soon you will be reunited with someone, or two people. That who you have been longing to see for such a long time."

After the paper bird finished its last sentence. It folded itself back into a plain written letter. Not knowing what Deborah meant, by the 'two people that she was longing to see for such a long time?'
As she wasn't quite clear on what either paper bird letter or Deborah were even saying. Instead of over thinking things, she thought that maybe they'd send a letter of who they were referring to.
But for now, Lila just lightly petted the Oasel that was sitting on her bed. Offering it some of the four dead mice she captured for it to eat. The Oasel gazed at the dead prey she held for them, and immediately snatched the mice from her and started munching on the four dead mice. While it was eating its meal, Lila started eating her meal as well. And teared up on how delicious the chicken was. She began bawling her eyes out, not because of how delicious the chicken was — but because her dreams were coming true; that she'll soon go to Oasel Academy, and that she'll soon be a witch.
Once both Lila and the Oasel finished eating. She called upon it and it quickly jumped on her bed. "If you're going to stay with me, you're going to have a name." The Oasel gawked its head to the side, making Lila chuckle by its confused reaction. "*Chuckle!!!* Don't worry — I won't give you a bad one. (I hope not)"
She thought long and hard on what to call the Oasel, and finally was able to come up with a name for the Oasel. "Hmmm... How about... Ozzie???" She asked the Oasel for its opinion, and the little Oasel began to cuddle up on Lila's arm. Lila snickered at the Oasel's behavior, and thought how cute it was behaving when they heard it's given name. "*Chuckle!!!* Okay, okay — Ozzie it is then."
Lila then decided to write a letter to the sender, as she walked towards the dresser and pulled out a pen and parchment paper. Without taking a moment to think, she instantly knew what to write about. After a moment in writing, she looks at her letter and reads it mumbled out loud to see if she didn't add any double words or misspells:
"Hello and good evening Mr Deborah. Thank you for the whistle and Oasel that you have sent me, as I will be use the whistle to call upon Ozzie to send my letters. (Oh and I have desided to name them Ozzie. I didn't know what to call them, and thought that they should have a name. So I hope you don't mind???)
I'm riting to you, to let you know that I will be quekly send Ozzie back to you. Not that I don't want them around, I just don't want Olg-... my foster mother to catch and hurt it. Since she hates everything there is about magic. And I care about the little Oasel's safety.
And I will send for a letter, in case things become rather... well... life threttening. And will keep the whistle with me in case I call upon an Oasel."
She finished reading her letter outloud, and stuff her folded written letter inside Ozzie's satchel. And Ozzie the little Oasel flew out the window, Lila quickly walked towards the window and saw Ozzie fly off towards the distance of the waning crescent moon and over the other houses. Mesmerized by their flying form and the way they flew freely into the sky. Ozzie suddenly disappeared in a flash or beam of light; somewhat like lightning, as they were nowhere to be seen. Probably some way for Oasels as well as owls and weasels to do fast, instant travel while delivering.
But as Ozzie was no longer in view, Lila walked back to her bed, and instead of sitting down or going straight to bed — she bent down to retrieve something under her bed. Once she uncovered the sheet covering the thing she was hiding under her bed — revealing to be a very old, leathered briefcase.
As she places the briefcase on top of her bed, she opens an empty old briefcase and starts packing it with clothes from her drawer. As she packed only a few clothes; she hastily tiptoed towards her little twin sister's shared drawer, and packed up their clothes inside the old briefcase too.
Although she was excited to finally leave this place, and head off to Oasel Academy. She wanted her little sisters to leave with her, and did want to leave them both in the care of that evil woman. And thought that life would be much better without Olga around.
As she packed everything, her clothes, as well as her twin sister's clothes inside the old briefcase that she found stored away in the attic, hidden alongside some old seasonal decorations, a week ago, while nobody but her was home. She packed what she needed to take, even when it wasn't much. All she had to pack were her old worn out, oversized hand-me-down clothes; and her hairbrush that she got back from Daisy and Sandy.
Lila couldn't wait to finally tell her sisters the big news about her acceptance letter and about how she can wield magic. But thought that maybe she should tell them in the morning that she and the twins should run away together — advise a plan to escape someplace far away, somewhere away from this house and away from Olga. She wasn't sure where to go, but she knew that anywhere was better than staying here. And to finally be free.
Lila thought about telling the girls weeks ago of the day she got her acceptance letter as well as her magical abilities. And that she'll soon be going to a magical school where she can learn to become a witch herself. Which in some cases, it still sounds kinda hard to believe, after hearing herself saying such things out loud.
But overall, she just didn't know how to tell them — or how they would react if she did. But even if she did, she never seemed to have the chance to tell them, since Olga was constantly with them the majority of the time. As she would take the girls to mass, drive them to school and dine with the twins — never inviting Lila to any event, which was no surprise for her, since she wasn't mostly wanted or allowed anywhere public.
Lila sometimes wonders at times of what would happen if she left home to go to some magical school. She didn't want to think of such possibilities, as well as the horrific things that might happen — What if Olga turned to the girls if she were gone; beating them and torturing them as Lila's replacement. She couldn't bring herself to do it, she didn't want to abandoned and leave them here with Olga. As both Sandy and Daisy both deserved to be free just like her — away from such a treacherous place, such as this home. That once held so many memories; now filled with nightmares — and Lila just couldn't wait to have her and her sisters away from here.
So it was official — once Lila has the time to be alone with the girls — she will tell them everything and advise them of a plan to escape. Wherever they might go and stay, they'll worry about it later. As she was determined in having a better life with her twin sisters. And although the three of them might not be related by blood — as Sandy and Daisy are Sebastian and Olga's biological daughters. But she didn't care! She was their older sister, no matter what — even if they were related or not. Even Sebastian — her foster parent. Has loved her dearly as if she was his own child. Reminding her daily that she was his daughter, and that she will always be his daughter no matter what people might say.
Just thinking about Sebastian always made her life a little bit better, even when she's dealt with Olga's constant abuse. So all the times she felt miserable and whenever her life was miserable — she had all the precious memories of her dad. His fatherly guidance and advice, of what to do and whenever she was hurting inside:
"I love you, my little butterfly. I love you and your sisters and only wish to see you all happy. Never stop being magical, my little Lilac. The day will come where you choose to be whatever you want to be and do in life that will make you happy — whether it's something that you really want to do, or if it's someone that you care about dearly. Always follow your heart to where it leads you!" Lila held herself tightly to those words — since the words of his were of her precious times and memories with her father before disappearing. But even with Sebastian's disappearance — she felt that she was never alone; as she had both Sandy and Daisy. And will do anything to protect them. Something that her father asked of her, if he wasn't around — so she knew that she had to take the part of being the only one to take 'the big sister' role; or in other words a 'parent' to the twins. Since Olga was clearly someone who isn't fit to be a parent.
Before making herself more emotional than she was now. She shook her head and reminded herself that everything was going to be okay — as hers and her sisters' lives will soon change and for the better. And knows that their lives will get better with this second chance she was given, and for her sisters to have.
