The second doctor was way better and let her get off some meds, the main evil doctor was the head of the department so the second couldn't do much about Enaya’s situation until Maher shows up. He talked with the doctor and she told him that the only way she can go out is that if her mother signs her out, and her mother is still refusing to let her. 

“What if she was my wife?” Maher said to the doctor 

“It could work” the doctor replied 

Maher got the papers ready and went to the hospital the next day 

“Hey ugly, how are you doing ?”

“Not doing that well, my mother is imprisoning me and i know damn well that that is not her and its the demons at work, I got the most evil doctor as the head of the department and im on meds that make me pee myself at night.” 

“Would you marry me ?” 

“Stop it Maher I don't have time for this”

“I can let you out if you are my wife, would you marry me?”

Enaya married Maher and eventually when the paperwork was done she left the hospital 

Enaya played the games, and made cattle not feel when they are going to be slaughtered, apparently it made the meat more tender so she made some money and went back to college. Enaya finished her degree and became a doctor.
