Bradly: (with his hands on his hips looking at stacie.) “You ready? Cause I am.”
Stacie: (Looking around herself.) “Yes, let's get going.”
(They make their way to the side of the room that they believe is the north where they've located, a few days prior, a big hallway that turns left pretty quickly after about 20 feet.)
Bradly: (looking down the hall then turning to Stacie.) “What do you think is going to be in there?”
Stacie: (Looking down the hall) “I don't know but I have a bad feeling about this.”
Bradly: (looking down the hall and starting to walk) “Well I doubt we'll run into anybody.”
Stacie: (Looking at Bradly suddenly, following him.) “Don't jinx us! for all we know there's a monster down here.”
Bradly: (continuing to walk) “Now who's the one jinxing?”
Stacie: (As Bradly goes around the corner.) “Hey! Don't switch the blame on me!”
(Stacie picks up her pace to catch up to Bradly as he continues to walk but she's unable to see nor hear him, going around the corner, she just barely gets a glimpse of Bradly as he turns down one the first of many left and right openings that exist down the hall that lies before her.)
Stacie: (picking up her pace again going toward the first left turn just as Bradly did.) “Hey, don't leave me!” (She exclaimed as she went around the corner. However, when she looks up she doesn't see Bradly. She sees four more left and right turns all down the hall.) “Where the h#ll did he go? It's like a d@mn maze in here!”
Bradly: (Popping out around a corner suddenly.) “Because it is.”
Stacie: ( Startled by Bradlys sudden appearance, fliching and quickly turning towards him.) “oh! Shoot! Stop doing that. You keep scaring people. Me included!”
Bradly: “Oh, sorry, but this place is a maze; each turn either doesn't go anywhere or just leads to more turns.” (Starts to rub his head trying to think.) “How are we even going to navigate this place without getting lost?”
Stacie: (Her eyes widen as she remembers something from a video due to Bradlys question.) “oh I know! I've seen a trick used in some video games before.”
Bradly: (Confused, looking at Stacie.) “Video games? I thought cheer leaders didn't play video games.”
Stacie: (A bit embarrassed.) “Well, most don't but I did sometimes with my brother when we weren't practicing for up-coming games, weren't you both on the same team?”
Bradly: “ Well yes, but we didn't play together that often. One of us was usually on the bench so we never really got to talk that much besides in the locker room, and we don't share any classes. We did go to a party once, I don't remember that much though.”
This story follows our right mined but still emotional young man Aiden and possibly others as he makes his way through the never ending halls and rooms of the backrooms. He will be by himself unless he can bring together everyone that has and will fall into these traitorous halls. He will have to do this with his power and his alone unless others can see past these walls and find common ground.
