Ravin grinned lightly, leaning closer to the man’s ear. “You first,” Ravin whispered to him. 

Fire engulfed the man in an instant. Burning the flesh in the palm of Ravin’s hand as Henry wailed, flailing about as if it would save him. This death was granted by The Divine and only they could stop it.

The flames grew with rage coursing through their embers. Becoming bright, beautiful, and deadly. Licking the house’s interior for scrap once the body fell silent. The fiery embers changed to blue to reveal the wonder of the flame.

Ravin watched bored of the site. Such a thing shouldn’t be possible as it was. He felt not an inch of fear as the fire began to consume the house. Spreading its heat and ash to a point of unbeatability. 

Something he had been immune to since birth. In times like this, he often forgot how human people could be. How easily it was to cause another harm, physically and mentally.
