Sotto charged in with a blind rage, her pistol drawn, already powering up a power shot. When she got close to Zollic, she let out that power shot. It was an enormous blast. Sotto's eyes widened when she saw that Zollic had easily caught her blast with his shadow strings and sent it back to her. She thought that she was going to die so she closed her eyes. Just then, Godfrey and Demetria both jumped in front of Sotto. Demetria shot a huge shield from a bullet and Godfrey used his deflect ability right behind it, blocking the blast from hitting them and also sending it back two times faster due to the deflects ability. Demetria and Godfrey both went after Zollic just in case he was able to catch that one as well. This time he wasn't able to and he barely managed to get out of the way of the blast. He just turned around to see Godfrey and Demetria coming right for him with their pistols out. 

 

Angie got to Sotto and put her hand on her back and told her that going in alone was reckless but she understood because of the circumstances. She let Sotto know that she wasn't alone as long as the rest of them were by her side. Sotto opened her eyes, wiping away the tears. She knew that it wasn't time to cry or be sad. Sotto brought this on herself, rushing into a fight head-first without thinking about the consequences. It almost cost her her life. 

 

Luckily, her friends were there to bail her out and in that moment she vowed to never do anything that stupid again. Kanu, Rare, and Rayne all came up behind Sotto as Godfrey and Demetria got pushed back. Now all seven Pistols stood together against Zollic. They all told Sotto that if her head was in it that she could coordinate the fight. Sotto told the others that she was honored and that they were going to take down Zollic for the sake of her father and everyone who lost and was still losing their lives. Zollic told them that he respected the general and yet he killed him without remorse. If he was capable of that, think about what he was going to do to them. This was a scare tactic but that didn't faze Sotto or the other Pistols at all. 

 

Sotto laid out a plan of attack to which all the other Pistols followed. The plan was that the Pistols would surround Zollic and attack him with their abilities that didn't make use of their pistol's powers. Sotto knew that Zollic needed to say witty remarks to catch his opponent off guard and if he couldn't do that it would throw him off his guard. That was his downfall and it worked out well. Zollic couldn't get a word in. But, what none of them knew was that if Zollic couldn't say his witty remarks it would cause his mind to implode. Ever since he was a child, Zollic always used his witty remarks to keep his mind in check. He never imagined what would happen if this wasn't the case and the Pistols soon found out. 

 

They kept poking and poking Zollic and he could feel his mind slipping so much that he couldn't take it anymore. He used his shadow strings to grab all the Pistols by their throats and threw them with such force that none of them could catch themselves as they went crashing into the ground. Sotto hit the ground right next to the Sledgehammer that her father gave to her in his final moments. She looked at the Sledgehammer, not knowing if she was worthy enough to hold such a legendary weapon. 

 

Zollic yelled out loud, "So you think you can beat me? I'll kill you all! My power is absolute, you'll all beg for my forgiveness! Prepare to die." 

 

Zollic pulled out his pistol. It was as black as midnight. He only pulled out his pistol when death was in the air. Zollic's pistol started to glow as he shoved it into his chest. At first, it looked like he was killing himself but this wasn't that. Zollic was fusing his pistol into his being. He was fine at first, but then, he started going through a change. His body started to mutate and changed into a demon-like creature. Everything about Zollic was different. He didn't even speak at first, he just let out screeches and screams. The sound of each one rippled the air. 

 

All the Pistols got up from their places on the ground and walked over to Sotto. She was standing there, looking at the Sledgehammer, not knowing if she should pick it up or not. Rayne told her that it was the greatest honor that her father left it to her. All Sotto had to do was pick it up and make her parents proud. Sotto told Rayne that she was too smart to only be eleven-years-old. Rayne smiled and Sotto placed her left hand on the Sledgehammer. The Sledgehammer started to react, knowing that this was its new master. It began to change form and it turned from a Sledgehammer to a Sword. Everyone couldn't believe their eyes and Sotto heard a voice in her head that said, "You're my master now. My form is whatever fits best for my master. In this case, it's a sword. Guide me well and I'll never misguide you." 

 

Sotto smiled and everyone pulled out their pistols, powering up. Rayne activated her Great Pistol Power and they all looked at the demon Zollic with a new sense of power rushing through them. This time, together as one, the fighting went different. The Pistols were taking it to Zollic and none of them backed down. Sotto told everyone a plan of attack. Demetria and Rayne shot mines all over the ground. Rare and Godfrey shot shots as a distraction to lure Zollic to them. Angie shot out a giant tornado shot, grabbing and pulling Zollic over to the mines which hit him with huge explosions and caused him to slam into the ground. Kanu had a bullet in her hand. Kissing it, she loaded it into her revolver as she held her pistol in place. Angie shot out one more giant tornado shot. This time, it went for Sotto, grabbing her and pushing her in front of Zollic, who was laying on the ground. 

 

Zollic slowly got on his feet. This was unsettling but everything was going to plan still. It was all up to Kanu and her bullet for this to work. Sotto powered up both her pistol and sword's powers in the tornado. As soon as she got flung out, she went to Zollic at full speed. Kanu knew everything rested on her shoulders but she wasn't nervous. They didn't call her Lady Luck for nothing. As soon as Sotto was in place, Kanu shot a new bullet known as the Luck Shot. This bullet flew, hitting Sotto and granting Sotto extra luck. Zollic got up, but it was too late. Sotto used her most powerful attack known as Impact Explosion. She went at Zollic with everything she had, crashing into the demon Zollic and causing his demon body to break apart. His pistol shattered. This was the end of the fight, but what nobody saw happening was that in the final moments of the fight, there were shadow strings laying in wait. 

 

When Zollic hit the ground, he said, "I can't believe that you actually hit me. I guess you win, I'm dying but I'm not going alone. Someone is coming with me." 

 

At that moment, the shadow strings came out of the ground in the form of a huge drill, stabbing Rare in her chest. Everyone's eyes widened at see Rare getting stabbed. Zollic was dead and the shadow strings left Rare's chest. Blood spilled out of Rare's mouth and she also collapsed on the ground. All the Pistols went into a state of panic. Rare was dead?!
