~During Kai and Mikate’s Fight~

Kai: *He landed on the ground. As soon as he landed, he stumbled slightly. The leg he used to break the ice on Mikate was injured, causing him to limp a little. “Damn, my leg wasn’t able to withstand the effort from breaking the ice. I’ll have to make up for it quickly then.” He thought to himself.* “We’ll have to coordinate our attacks. Mikate, you fight Zane for now, I’ll take on the Ice Guy”

Mikate: “Dude, you sure? I mean you kinda got bodied by him earlier-”

Kai: “Yeah, I know what I’m doing” *He shifted, trying to keep weight off of his leg.* “Just coordinate. Sync. And Attack.” *He aimed his left hand at Kenyan, making a flicking form with his fingers as he charged All Star. His gloves’ aiming system clicked into place with a K-chack* “I won’t miss this time.”

Kenyan: *He planted his left foot into the ground as ice spikes began to rush towards Kai and Mikate from the ceiling, floor, and walls.* “This is as far as you go!”

Kai: *He released his finger and a charged air blast was sent throughout the room, knocking everyone back, including himself. The ice broke and shattered, leaving dusts of ice. As he stood back up, his left glove, matter of fact, his entire left sleeve was entirely gone, left in shreds and tatters all around the room. Once the dust settled, he stood back to his feet and pulled Mikate to his feet.* “Let’s finish this!”

~The walls to the room were mostly destroyed. Two of them had crumbled completely. Kenyan had used walls of ice to protect himself, but he still took quite a blow. He was bleeding from the head and was slumped against one of the ruined walls. Zane was nowhere to be found~

Mikate: “Y- yeah, I agree with you and all. But, WHAT WAS THAT!!!” *He looked at the wake of destruction that blast had left*

Kai: “It’s simple, the strongest attack All Star has to offer. At least, with just one finger.” *He charged All Star once more as a slight shiver went down his neck.*

Zane: *He appeared out of a shadow and lunged for both Kai and Mikate* “You never really knew how to hold back!” 

Kai: *He ducked under the attack and grabbed Zane’s arm, pivoting and tossing him over his shoulder into the ground.* “Gia Slam!”

Zane: *He used a shadow and went through the ground and vanished as it closed* 

Mikate: “You focus on Kenyan, I’ll find a way to fight this guy!” *He stood in his fighting stance, constantly turning to find where Zane could come from next*

Kai: “Right!” *He turned, only to find that Kenyan was gone. He felt a slight shiver go down his neck.* “Oh come on-”

Kenyan: *He lifted his sword and slashed through the air, launching an attack made of pure, sharpened water.* “You are getting on my nerves!”

Kai: *He narrowly dodged, his facial mask getting torn, revealing a majority of his face. Blood dripped from his cheek* “Tch-” *He aimed his right hand at Kenyan, making multiple flicking motions.*

~Multiple air projectiles were sent toward Kenyan. He launched attacks of both water and ice to block the attacks.~

Kenyan: *He used an ice block to knock Kai through a wall into a nearby room* “Stay down dammit.” *He turned and limped toward the room’s exit. Hoping to escape to Gale and Willow* “Zane, Finish him off and retreat for now. These guys are stronger than we-” *He was struck five times by something fast and compact, causing him to collapse.*

Kai: *He lowered his right arm, and held his side as he stumbled from the rubble left by the wall* “We have to get to the lower floors. And I have a plan.”

Mikate: *He ran over to Kai and helped him walk* “What’s your plan?” 

~3 minutes later~

Zane: *He came through a shadow and looked around. The room was abandoned. His partner nowhere to be found* “Damn, they must’ve made off already-” *He realized he was slowly starting to float. He tried to get close enough to a surface to where he could escape into the shadows* “Damn! I should’ve dealt with the Anti-Grav guy while I had the chance!”

Mikate: “Never underestimate the power of science!” *He grinned and held onto something sturdy nearby*

Zane: “Huh? But I never-” *He heard a strange sound, turning to face where it had come from*

Kai: *He appeared out from behind a few remaining spikes of ice. He was making the same motion from before, his right palm facing Zane and his left hand making an ‘O’ around the center.*  “Sorry man, but I gotta go help my teammates!” *He aimed the blast past Zane instead.*

~As he fired the shot, it zoomed past Zane and straight through the floor. It tore through floor after floor until it reached the bottom. The force and sudden blast dragged Kai, Zane, and Mikate through each and every single hole. Kai and Mikate tumbled onto the floor with a knocked out Zane. The rubble began to settle as they got back onto their feet.~

Amy: *She was coughing from the dust. She had narrowly escaped the fire balls from earlier by sacrificing her helmet. Now, she was almost crushed by debris.* “W- What the hell?!”

Kyoge: *He looked away from Gale, hearing the crash. He had managed to pull himself together, for the most part.* “Enemy…reinforcements?”

Gale: “They really knocked things out of the park, huh Willow?” 

Willow: *She nodded* “Didn’t doubt them for a second, now help us finish these two off!”

Amy: *She panicked and thought to herself, “If enemy reinforcements already made it down, chances of getting out of this situation are going to plummet. Me and Kyoge are practically worn out, we can hardly stand our own against these two right now! No way we can deal with two more… It looks like it came from the top floor, would that mean Kai and Mikate were taken down? If so, then we might as well have lost!” She fell to her knees* “We lost didn’t we…”

~The four suddenly began to float. Rubble, metal poles, and wires began floating around them. Confusion appeared on all their faces, suddenly, they heard a battle cry of sorts.~

Kai: “CHAAAARGE” *He used the Anti-Gravity combined with his All Star to zip around, grabbing the wires to pull himself in different directions to confuse the enemy. He charged All Star and hit Gale in the gut, sending him hurtling into the ground, knocking him out. He then launched himself toward Willow and used his uninjured leg to kick Willow through debris and into a wall, knocking her out as well. He winced, the pain was similar to breaking the ice on Mikate.* “Never fear, ‘cause we are here!” *He turned to face Amy and Kyoge with a smile on his face.* 

Amy & Kyoge: *They both smiled at the sound of Kai’s voice, hope wasn’t lost just yet.*
