November 15th, 5640

The day the war ended.

When the war was declared over it didn't feel real. Everyone got up and put on their new uniforms, we were given these to head home. We were loaded into the trucks. Hours later we were all dropped off in the city. Everyone went their separate ways before saying we should talk again at QQ's diner. Quinn would be happy to see us. Energy and I walked to the bus and got dropped off near the house. We walked the rest of the way home carrying our big ole duffle bags. Energy walked me home then left after kissing me. "I'll see you later." I nodded then we went our separate ways. I started getting really excited as I made my way to my front door. I knocked waiting patiently for my moms to answer. The door opened and my moms screamed and hugged me tightly with all four arms. "Why didn't you tell us you were getting back? We would have picked you up." my mom said hitting my arm." "I wanted to surprise you two." I said as they ushered me into the house. My parents fixed me a plate of food and took my duffle bag to my room. We sat at the table, we caught up and had a few laughs, by the end of the conversation I was tired. I texted Energy I love you then went to bed. I had a dream of the Commander waking me up for the final fight during the war and we won flawlessly without a single casualty. I woke up afraid and this time I texted Energy immediately and told them about the dream.

2:56 HM

"Thanks for telling me, Are you okay? Do you need me to come over?"

"No, I just wanted you to know plus its 3 o'clock and my parents are asleep"

"Well if your parents are asleep that means I can definitely come over."

I typed as I started to blush "Just come over already."

10 minutes later

"Ok unlock the door I'm outside"

"Ok"

I soon made my way quietly down the steps. "Hey." Energy said once I opened the door. "Hey." I moved to the side as they walked inside. We looked at each other for a bit. "So! I guess It's time to head up stairs." Energy said clapping their hands together. "Shhh." I said hitting their shoulder. "Not too loud genius." They laughed beginning and began walking was up the steps. "You should sleep on the floor for hitting me." I looked at them in amusement. "This is my house Energy." Energy looked at me as they took off their jacket. "And?" I smiled as I crawled back into bed, Energy following closely behind. "Oh so you tell me I should be put on the floor and think you can lay with me?" Energy got underneath the covers as they spoke. "First I never said the floor. Second it's not like you didn't hit me, and third go to bed you're speaking nonsense."

When we woke up and got dressed for the movies later. We talked while we drove to QQ's diner and ate some breakfast and got our favorite skrawberry limkshake. We shared a large one and Energy said "This is my first limkshake with you as my girlfriend." "Huh I'm your girlfriend now?" "Well obviously." I looked at her "Well does that mean I get to have the whole thing?" They scuffed. "No that means I get to have it all" she took the straw out of my mouth and finished the drink. A jolly voice spoke. "You two forgot to say hi to someone." "Quinton!" Energy and I said in excitement as we got up to hug him. We caught up with Quinton for a bit then decided it was time to head out.

Once we left the diner I pushed Energy over into the grass and ran into their car. They got in the car and started laughing and called me 'abusive'. We drove back to their house so I could see her parents they were excited to see me. Her dads seemed to get taller every time I saw them. Energy and I went into their room to get dressed for the movies. We had to drove to the theater quickly since it was pretty far away. Once we got there we got two giant buckets of popklin and two jurmels. Energy found the movie be scary so they squeezed my hand tight. I found it calming, once the movie was over it had been pretty late, Energy drove me home then kissed me goodnight. They then went home themselves. I spent the night thinking about how lovely seeing her tomorrow was going to be, then I fell asleep. I woke up the next morning and ate some cereal for breakfast then I got a text from Energy.

"Do you want to go shopping?"

"I've just about run out of clothes to wear so yeah"

"Ok I'm outside."

"How?"

"By driving, chop chop."

"Ok out in a bit!"

When I got in the car I said "what if I didn't want to go to the mall?" "Then I would've walked in." "What if I was sleeping?" "Then your parents would let me in and I would watch you sleep." She said pulling out of the parking spot. "You're a real creep....let's go" I said laughing, we listened to music and told jokes on the way there finally we pulled up to the mall. I quickly got out of the car to open Energy's door. They looked at me smirking "Thank you." They said holding my hand and closing the car door behind them. We walked inside and went to the first clothing store, I got a few sweaters, pants and shirts. Energy got a few sweat pants and wanted to try them on.

"Ok I'll wait outside" "No! You can come in" They said opening the curtains and pulling me into the room "Sit down." unbuttoning their jeans then pulling them down "Is this room getting smaller or is it just me?" I said laughing "I think it's just you Ms. Noble" They said pulling the sweat pants up, then she kissed my forehead. "How do I look?" "Great!" I said with a big grin "Alright let's go check out." The next store was for shoes. "Can you get those for me I can't reach." I asked "Sure, here you go" they said smiling, after a while we got hungry and went to the food court. We were eating at a table that was close to a VT, the news was on and something the person said caught our attention. "Today we discovered something very tragic the late Commander Solar's death was planned by someone inside the military. The Earthlings revealed that they were told to come to Xeorxia by a Xeorxian. There are no leads at the moment. next on-" Our phones started ringing and we looked at each other then answered our phones "Hello" "You guys saw the news right?" River asked, I answered "yeah that's pretty crazy, a Xeroxian started the war." "I wonder why they did it." "Sometimes people like that don't have a reason." We finished our food and continued shopping. Energy bought a hoodie so I said "I can finally steal your hoodies without you trying to kill me." They held the bag away from me. "You better not." I rolled my eyes. "Who's gonna stop me?" "Shut up." We eventually got done shopping and left the mall. Energy drove back to my house. Once inside Energy and I got comfortable to re-watch my favorite movie 'Quiet mountain' it was a scary movie so Energy clung onto my arm throughout the entire movie. They barely showed their face to look. Me on the other hand, I was looking for new details I didn't see last time, staring unblinkingly at the jumpscares. Once the movie was over Energy decided to put on their favorite movie which is 'Mommy nightcare' once we finished the movie Energy finally felt confident enough to walk through the dark hallway and out of my house to go home. We said our goodbyes then they left after giving me a quick peck on the lips. When I went back into my room I saw Energy's hoodie sitting on the side of my bed so I put it on and texted her.
