I know that I said I wouldn't talk about some past happenings, but I can't help myself. After all, you'd probably also want to know more.
So, let's head back a few years, into the days when I was just a young being, shall we?
I remember seeing bright, vibrant shades of light everywhere I went. They whispered, walked and danced around like any other. However, whenever I spoke about them, gray humans looked at me with their bulging eyes, widened and disgusted. Fearful, perhaps even.
Growing up with such colourful 'friends', I especially began to talk a lot. Talking with a red one, with a carrot-like nose or the blue one that wormed around like jelly. They were as real as I was those times.
It was only when I was brought those vile cases with small beads in them that I had wondered why all of the colours left. No, rather, why they were taken from me.
You might be confused, but trust me. It's no use dwelling on the past. Human beings can't change their past, so I always scrutinized those who were trapped in it due to their own stupidity.
It sounds harsh, but I really don't care. But, say, what do you think of me? Do you like or hate me? Well, I guess I don't really mind whichever it is. It was just a passing thought that flew by like a dead leaf in the wind.
In this mundane world, follow Lila Darling, a young girl who has trouble expressing herself and seeing reality as she has to face her terrifying daily life, all while just trying to go to school on a normal Wednesday morning.
