Now that I am aware of what I must achieve in the next 8 months, I might as well start now since it will affect whether I live or die. I suppose the first thing I should do is increase my basics of bodily strength and agility. Mana and intellect seem to purely be something that will increase with my level since it isn't something that currently exists. To begin increasing my strength and agility, I have decided to do some basic weight lifting, calisthenics and cardio. I have made a plan for my workout and diet, since both exercise and nutrition are important. Currently, the most urgent thing is to increase my physical abilities. Therefore, I will concentrate on increasing my protein, so I can become stronger and faster. I want to make sure I don't increase my weight too much, so I can maintain rapid movements. However, I don't want to be ridiculously weak, making me unable to defeat my opponent. My goal in the next 8 months is to gain as much muscle as possible, hopefully increasing my weight from 105 to 175 lbs. I currently weigh 105 at a height of 5 feet and 6 inches. To summarize, my plan for weightlifting is to gain as much muscle as possible to obtain a weight of around 175 lbs. After that for calisthenics I will be Working on my body control and capabilities to increase my strength while lifting my body weight to increase my agility. Last but not least I will be doing some daily runs to increase my endurance and cardiovascular capabilities. To finish up my plan, I will be completing a daily workout of 2 hours of weight lifting, 1 hour of calisthenics, and a 1 hour jog of pushing my limits to increase my endurance.
In terms of diet, I will be having a heavy meat diet with lots of protein and then a modest number of vegetables and grains to help give me energy and all my necessary vitamins. I commenced my journey to increase my strength by lifting a few dumbbells lying down on my back and thrusting them forward to work my chest area. Since it's my first time working out, I scoured the internet to determine the ideal technique, after searching for a few minutes I found information on the technique and began using old dumbbells my dad used to use. After finishing my first exercise I take a short break and continue to work out by doing some more exercises, taking a short break after each one. I do this with a few various exercises focusing on my chest and biceps area. Having worked out for 2 hours I move on to my jog, I decide to bring Bee with me to see if he can also increase his stats by working out. I begin my run and already 5 minutes in I am panting heavily and unable to snatch my breath. My form is gradually getting worse. Not even 10 minutes in I need to stop to catch my breath and drink some water. While taking my break I see Brad's Mustang slowly drive up next to me. Before continuing to drive he calls me slurs and verbal insults, he then drives off like a maniac at full speed ahead as a girl in the passenger seat sticks her head out the window and screams out of excitement, her luscious hair taken by the wind. After they drive out of my view, I find a bench and sit down for a short while thinking about my lack of endurance. Since I am so spent and out of shape I decide to set myself a more reasonable goal. I reduce my current goal of jogging one hour a day, to 30 minutes. Since I am panting so heavily from just an approximate 8-minute jog I will try and increase that time to about 15 minutes by the end of the week and then try and determine a plan to increase it to 30 minutes the week after that. I give Bee a bit of my water before continuing to run, I decide to run back home and start working on my calisthenics to try and note how I'm doing in terms of strength from a body lifting point of view. After running home I take a 20 minute break to try and recover my breath. During which I decided to research some martial arts in hand-to-hand combat, I equally conducted research on weapons. After looking at my stats in my inventory I see that my strength has gone from one to four and that my agility has in addition increased by one. This directly increases my Stat power level to 18. I must have received a notification while working out but hadn't noticed. While looking at my stats, I noticed that my rank had not increased and that I was still in F-rank despite having increased my power level. I take into account that every stat needs to increase to a certain amount before my overall rank increases. This means that every stat combined must contribute to a certain number before my rank increases. If I need 10 stat points for my stat rank to go from F to E then I guess I would need 40 stat points to increase my rank to E since I would have 10 stats in every category. By observing a bit more into inventory and information I notice that there is, nonetheless, an empty slot next to my "class." This indicated that I neither discovered nor unlocked a class yet. Since my main ability is to manipulate energy, I was thinking of choosing a class like a mage once I awakened. However, since I have an advantage over others, chances are I'm going to be alone at the beginning meaning I need to be able to carry out things independently which is why I was thinking of choosing a close-range class despite having a mage skill as my base ability. Although I'm not absolutely certain what choosing a class does yet. In consequence, I will be learning some martial arts and weaponry skills just to plan in advance.
I’ve decided to first start by learning the basics of hand-to-hand combat by utilizing sources online. The first thing I've determined is that technique is the most valuable thing to acquire, and that brute strength won't consistently offer an automatic advantage. There are many techniques to learn in hand-to-hand techniques overall, such as taekwondo and jiu jitsu. Until now the most effective techniques I can think of has been jiu jitsu or rustling and as a secondary fist fighting technique it will most likely be a street fighting technique such as Raking which mainly uses your fingers to fight. Meaning I'll be able to tear and scratch my enemies, the sole issue with this technique is that it's lacking. To put it concisely, if tearing and scratching the opponent don't work, I have no backup. Which is why I’ve decided to also learn how to fight with both my feet and my fist with mixed martial arts. I've decided that I will be adopting three techniques. I will be using Jujutsu to control my opponent's body movements, mixed martial arts to have an all-around fighting technique. Ultimately, I will be using raking to try and tear my opponent's throat with my fingers.
My break is now over, and I have decided to continue with my plan and perform calisthenics. Naturally, my strength and technique aren't capable of achieving the same thing as professionals. Therefore, I will begin by completing basic exercises such as push-ups, planks and multiple mobility exercises such as squats and jumping jacks. I begin by attempting to do push-ups, and when I say attempting I mean attempting because I wasn't capable of doing a single one. Alternatively, I begin by doing push-ups with my knees on the floor; I manage to do a few before dropping to the floor. I resumed my exercise by doing a 30-second plank. Due to my particular lightweight I was able to do a longer plank than I thought I could. However, My core strength was still extremely weak making it difficult to hold out for longer. Consequently, yet again I have dropped to the floor and taken a short break moving on to my joint exercise. These exercises are nothing but warm-ups and stretches since I am incapable of completing any workout that involves doing both body strength and joint mobility. And we move on to my last two exercises which are squats and Jumping Jacks. For now, I have chosen these two exercises to try and increase my mobility. Squats will help me with speed and the time that it takes to attain my maximum speed. The jumping jacks will aid me on my main joints to help with mobility in general. It's now 6 PM. I order food from a local store, as stated previously I'll be trying to consume lots of meat therefore I ordered steak with rice on the side, a few minutes pass and my food finally arrives. I dig in, I'm not even halfway done eating my steak and I'm already full, no surprise considering my weight. Despite being full I continue to eat, I keep eating more and more until I am physically incapable of putting anything in my mouth. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to eat the rice or the rest of my steak. Therefore, I place them in the fridge, for the first time in a while I have something in my fridge that isn't spoiled milk and eggs. After I finish placing the food away, I go upstairs and take a nice, warm shower. A few minutes go by, and I'm done washing, I dry up and go to my room to get ready for bed. Once I'm done, I close the lights and fall asleep in just a few seconds. It's now morning, and the first thing I notice when I open my eyes is an email-like notification in the side of my field of view. I try to make contact with it with just my finger tips, but my finger goes right through it. I open my inventory hoping it would show up, yet again nothing happens. I try saying other things, but nothing works, before giving up I try “OPEN.” The notification finally opened, a screen just like my inventory opens but the only thing that shows is a time and a small message beneath it. The message says that every 24 hours I will receive a notification that indicates the remaining time I have before the first “gate”, in front of me shows 242 days remaining. I say, “close” and the notification disappears. I get out of bed, eat breakfast and repeat the same thing I did yesterday. After concluding all of my workouts, I look at my stats before finally going to bed. As expected they've increased, they are now:

I looked at Bee’s stats, and as I thought, they’ve increased.

This currently brings my total power level to 20. It appears that Bee’s stats don't affect my power level, only the stats he gives me have an effect on it. Something else I've noticed is that the higher my stats are the harder they are to increase.
